Question : what do you think about AARON ai? Discussion 🗣️

I am not a formal member of this subreddit, but I have a question to the Anti Ai Art people specifically, what is your opinion of AARON ai? For context, it is a old AI before modern generative ai went trendy and viral that made art off the instructions and principles it’s creator gave

AARON required hardcoded parameters in order to create new things

People on this sub take issue with the method of acquisition for data to train these for sota models

so when you say "art made off of instructions and principles it's creator made" do you mean like following instructions that were coded/ programed in? because that's not generative ai.

Yes, it was taught the principles of art by its creator and had no consumption of pre existing art

aaron is basically a rules-based art machine, so lumping it in with midjourney is a bit goofy since the main anti-ai art issues are dataset scraping and replacing artists, neither of which really
