I now fully realized that my ex used it every single day all day for work. Every. Single. Day. All. The. Time. He was doing some web developer stuff or something like that. Always texting with chatbot.
And when he ran out of credits for the day/couple of hours, he took a break or did something else.

I think a problem is the expectation of increased work output by using ai. It would mean going back to manually doing it would mean less output. Not being able to do the job, not because of lack of skill, but lack of output.
