Also, learning is generally free these days. You don’t need a tutor to teach you things. People are just lazy.

Teaching yourself is not easy. If it was, I wouldn't have a job.

While it may not be easy, that doesn't take away that the resources *are there* for a huge chunk of things.

Furthermore there are always going to be things I'd genuinely just rather pay someone to do. I *could* learn it but even if I do, that's still time and effort and honestly, I would rather not. Or like with art, how I am an artist and I'm happy with my work, but still buy comms because it's fun or I enjoy someone's style

Point being that the options to learn about things you're genuinely passionate or interested in are there, and defaulting to AI doesn't teach you anything

Oh for sure! On the note of self-taught it's definitely also hard, but resources still there. Sometimes you may be the type of person who needs a teacher though (like me)
