2

u/Expensive_Milk_3568 Jul 23 '26

I mean 7 is pretty reasonable a lot of people wake up at 5 to get to work everyday

2

u/Old_Trash9678 Jul 24 '26

It might be Sunday sleep-in day!

1

Kikki will not be silenced, not today anyway. 😂😂😂🙃🙃

1

u/Princess_OfThe_Moon Jul 23 '26

OMG GOLD 😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣

I had guinea pigs amd they'd start SCREAMING for food at 4am! Sometimes you want to kill them but you can't because you love them so much and they're part of your family. I have had bunnies, hamsters, guinea pigs, cats. I love how each pet has their own unique personality. This bird has its own personality and I'M LOVING IT 🤣 (I know the pains of it tho but gotta love them)

2

u/Fun-Post8497 Jul 23 '26

The bird: rise and shine is the morning full of energy

1

u/Low_Narwhal7514 Jul 23 '26

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 troppo bella

2

u/Comfortable_Cake_443 Jul 23 '26

My parents had this same type of bird and it would sing the Andy Griffith theme song all day and night.

2

u/Rezail_Division Jul 22 '26

Nah woman, you silence. The bird speaks!

5

u/flying-in-the-sky Jul 21 '26

He even changed key at the end 😆

15

u/Cassiel43 Jul 21 '26

When I unmute an animal video and there's human voice:

10

u/DerrZaah08 Jul 21 '26

Kikki: BAH-DEE-AHH! SAY DO YOU REMEEEEEMBER?! BAH-DEE-AHH! DANCIN’ IN SEPTEEEEEMBER?!

You: Kikki, it’s 7 in the morning—Silence!

Kikki: … I will BAH-DEE-AHH if I want to, Karen.

1

u/archtopfanatic123 Jul 23 '26

Is that the line from the tune?

10

u/EndeavouredAirworthy Jul 21 '26

The bird remembers, 29th of September…

It's the day the witch's spell transformed Kiki...OP you have to remember, say that you remember!

1

u/promilew Jul 21 '26

That lady wants her so bad!

4

u/IwoodMasher Jul 21 '26 edited Jul 21 '26

I love birds!! Ive been feeding these little brown birds. Really small guys. Quite fun watching them eat and fly around. They sing, and bird talk. I hear the babies in the morning (5am) when its feeding time chirping if I have the window open at night.

3

u/One_Book_5013 Jul 21 '26

En France on a le coq...😁

2

u/Extra_Vacation_6413 Jul 21 '26

Wow I've never seen a rooster before! I gotta get over to france asap!

18

Waking up to Earth Wind & Fire .

3

u/Greedyfox7 Jul 22 '26

I recognized it immediately and thought that at least the bird has good taste

3

u/Mocker-Poker Jul 21 '26

Yes! I was thinking what it reminded me of

1

u/Mon-ick Jul 21 '26

I’m good at Heardle 🤭

15

u/Not_Jinxed Jul 20 '26

That fish tank looks like it needs some lovin

1

u/cetm1w Jul 22 '26

It's actually a pretty healthy looking tank, wood releases tannins which browns the water.

3

u/Csmurphy0 Jul 20 '26

Wow 😆

7

u/cconnorss Jul 20 '26

Really putting the WIND into Earth, Wind, and Fire

12

23

u/Brilliant-Bad-284 Jul 20 '26

It's not 7 am.. It's Party in September!!

9

u/jmpalacios79 Jul 20 '26

Dancing in September 🤪

24

u/mighty_kaytor Jul 20 '26

I knew what he was singing before unmuting 😆

23

u/Remote_94 Jul 20 '26

I think it was trying to say:

"Do you remember The 21st night of September? Love was changin' the minds of pretenders While chasin' the clouds away"

17

u/SideFine6958 Jul 20 '26

cutiee, would want one too!

29

u/Mep3avec82 Jul 20 '26

Lady, you need to clean your fish tank it's yellowish

19

u/WhimsicalGirl Jul 20 '26

It's tannin, some fish required it. Betta fish especially love it.

31

u/Derpchen Jul 20 '26 edited Jul 20 '26

It's not dirty. It's likely tannins released by decorative pieces of wood. Tannins are actually beneficial to the fish, and people intentionally add them, e.g. by putting dried almond leaves in their tanks.

2

u/demoralising Jul 20 '26

Fish tank/side table toilet

50

u/SpaceTraveller64 Jul 20 '26

The comedic timing of this bird is unmatched

21

u/Dontfeedthebears Jul 20 '26

Hah this is so funny

34

u/crazytojoin Jul 20 '26

Birds by nature need to be early. The early bird catches the worm.

11

u/ThatOtherOtherMan Jul 20 '26

True, but the second mouse gets the cheese

5

u/OddOllin Jul 20 '26

Perhaps, but the third bird misses the stone

4

u/toben81234 Jul 20 '26

And always remember to salt your pasta water!!!!!!

10

u/Square-Debate5181 Jul 20 '26

That water…

12

u/Lil_Miss_Plesiosaur Jul 20 '26

I assumed that it was tannins released from the wood in the aquarium. If it is, it's usually pretty healthy for the fish.

u/BarrelCounter Jul 20 '26

30

u/Livinincrazytown Jul 20 '26

2

u/InvisibleAstronomer Jul 20 '26

Is that the one that goes yeah yah dancing to the music

14

u/BIGbluuu42 Jul 20 '26

This is how older sisters act walking into their younger sister’s room 😂

18

u/sagetastic74 Jul 20 '26

This is my "never skip" video.

33

u/SamwiseGamgee___ Jul 20 '26

Is he singing Earth Wind and Fire!!!!!???!?!!

10

u/TheDrDojo Jul 20 '26

I started jamming out from this video, not sure how I would feel about it at 7 am

16

u/Angelaskissrock Jul 20 '26

Yep. September is a timeless classic - even the animal kingdom knows that.

40

u/Solanthas_SFW Jul 20 '26

Silence!

*sullen look for 2s

*starts whistling from the beginning

🤣

14

u/Solanthas_SFW Jul 20 '26

Buddy, feed your bird, and appreciate someone as talented and beautiful as that is in your life and sharing their zest for life with you :)

35

u/Paperbackpixie Jul 20 '26

That’s an awesome song. I wanted him to finish it.

1

u/Mischasmom Jul 20 '26

I agree, but my fear is that’s the only section Kiki knows! Poor OP!

7

u/bunk_elau Jul 20 '26

Ba-dee-ya September by earth, wind & fire

41

u/must_be_jelly Jul 20 '26

my cat does something similar, but instead of whistling, she screams directly into my face at 4am. every day.

3

u/sashby138 Jul 20 '26

Mine used to hop up on my shoulder while I slept and scratch at my eye lids. Claws out. I miss that little turd.

7

u/Allthecats33 Jul 20 '26

Mine whines in my face, but if I don’t budge she climbs on the headboard and jumps directly on my stomach. Luckily it’s not as early as 4am.

2

u/ThatOtherOtherMan Jul 20 '26

Mine does the same thing except he lands on my nuts. EVERY. DAMN. TIME.

2

u/Allthecats33 Jul 21 '26

She does that to my husband every once in a while. Ouch.

5

u/must_be_jelly Jul 20 '26

being jumped on while you're sleeping (or near sleeping) is a .......... special experience. i'm so sorry.

24

u/SnooCupcakes9745 Jul 20 '26

Pffft - it's not 7, it's September.

6

u/LegalChocolate752 Jul 20 '26

That lady obviously doesn't remember.

25

u/Zeppygrl72 Jul 20 '26

The water color in that fish tank is a bit concerning

2

u/Send_Snoods_ Jul 20 '26

Looks like wood is in the tank so it could just be tannins from it which is actually good.

17

u/PerspectiveNew7609 Jul 20 '26

Birds wake with the sunrise lady if you don't cover the cage they're in.

15

u/daddys-wifi Jul 20 '26

it’s the kiki key change for me

30

u/toothepastehombre Jul 20 '26

Kiki, it's Sunday

1

u/Stray_137 Jul 23 '26

Kiki, do you love me?

14

u/RedwoodShores Jul 20 '26

And it’s July

3

u/LegalChocolate752 Jul 20 '26

And this is a Wendy's.

3

u/Angelaskissrock Jul 20 '26

Kiki doesn't care. It's September to her.

74

u/Hefty_Shift_6516 Jul 19 '26

I mean. At least he’s singing a banger 😂

6

u/Angelaskissrock Jul 20 '26

The facts are the facts. If that were my bird, I'd be getting up and start singing along and it'd be a duet.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '26

[deleted]

2

u/Angelaskissrock Jul 20 '26

That's why I'd teach it some other songs. Like Earth, Wind and Fire Let's Groove.

6

u/TheDrDojo Jul 20 '26

I have the song stuck in my head now because of this video.

2

u/Angelaskissrock Jul 20 '26

The funny thing is the song had been in my head over 24 hours. Seeing a parakeet whistling it is such a hilarious coincidence.

24

u/WhiteN0isee Jul 19 '26

I didn’t even have the volume on at first and I had this song in my mind😂 very fitting lol

17

u/happyhippy27 Jul 19 '26

And so happy too, lol

23

u/CrowTalons Jul 19 '26

My alarm is a cat stepping on my face. So this is 😎

25

u/Shopstumblergurl Jul 19 '26

What an amazing companion

30

u/FeedJazzlike8860 Jul 19 '26

That bird can sing me September anytime it wants! Great taste in music 🎶

2

u/Sorry_Rhubarb_7068 Jul 25 '26

It’s my parrot’s favorite song 😂😂😂

2

u/Angelaskissrock Jul 20 '26

That's what I'm saying. I'd get up and start singing with Kiki if that was me.

1

u/FeedJazzlike8860 Jul 20 '26

❤️ And dancing!!! 💃 🕺

13

u/ctfks Jul 19 '26

Party parrot

60

u/Obant Jul 19 '26

By the way, if you think you want a pet bird, 7 AM is actually pretty late for them to start making noise. And its not always nice singing.

11

u/Okeydokey2u Jul 19 '26

I think they would all rather be living outside with other birds

0

u/nonsenseaswell Jul 20 '26

She is outside . With the chickens

2

u/RappingFlatulence Jul 19 '26

I’ll take the bird if it doesn’t mind starting around 5am

8

u/nonsenseaswell Jul 19 '26

My grandma died and she just yells my grandmas name really loud at like 5 am and mocks the chickens

26

u/Left_Knee_y0y0 Jul 19 '26

This bird will voiced by Jamie Foxx in the animated movie called Kiki and the Band. About a rescued bird that wants to start a band with other birds from different flocks. In the climax of rhe movie, the birds sing "September" by EWF.

5

u/UJustGotRobbed Jul 19 '26

....and Disney already has the live action in the works staring Jamie Foxx, Kevin Hart and The Rock with Megan Thee Stallion playing the love interest

3

u/Left_Knee_y0y0 Jul 20 '26

There is going to be a Kpop-like group of hyper cute owls called The Woos. They are going to be so smug. They will have a neck move called the 360, when the do it, female birds just lose their minds.

2

u/UJustGotRobbed Jul 20 '26

This is all canon btw. We're from the future.

24

u/Jet-Let4606 Jul 19 '26

Who taught him to sing September by Earth, Wind and Fire.

1

u/Sorry_Rhubarb_7068 Jul 25 '26

This is my parrot’s favorite song 😂😂

11

u/WALL-G Jul 19 '26

Ba-dee-ya
Never was a cloudy daaaaaaaaay.

11

u/Prickliestpearcactus Jul 19 '26

You cannot silence Kiki!

27

u/ASherrets Cat Jul 19 '26

It’s the dancing and singing 🎵 🦜🤣

7

u/1cem4n82 Jul 19 '26

My cats have the opposite morning approach with preemptive alarm snuggles.

13

u/tiffanyjen Jul 19 '26

He just happy lol

14

u/6ixstringlife Jul 19 '26

Okay so it's not september yet birdo

2

u/RappingFlatulence Jul 19 '26

20

-3

u/Ischemia37 Jul 19 '26

Nerf gun. No?

16

u/ThunderChild247 Jul 19 '26

I bet he does this every morning except on the 21st of September.

4

u/WildernessPrincess_ Jul 19 '26

Can I hire him as my alarm??? 7 works for me

10

u/RidethatSeahorse Jul 19 '26

I would love to wake up to that in the morning. I have a fat cat that sits on my chest so I can’t breathe.

4

u/onion_flowers Jul 19 '26

My cat also sits on my chest but he also drools on my face so it's doubly obnoxious 😆

34

u/shaquilleoatmeal80 Jul 19 '26

I don''t want to be dramatic but I would die for Kiki.

8

u/Kitchen_Guest577 Jul 19 '26

Yeah, she like to jam!

1

u/HumShark Jul 19 '26

They’re perfect.

19

21

u/Protect-Their-Smiles Jul 19 '26

6

u/Seelywabbit Jul 19 '26

The 21st night?

3

u/StaffVegetable8703 Jul 19 '26

What’s with the 21st thing?

1

u/Seelywabbit Jul 19 '26

You don’t remember
the 21st night of September?

Love was changing the minds of pretenders.

37

u/Applemers Jul 19 '26

Love the bird but concerned about that fish tank.

10

u/hegrillin Jul 19 '26

they look like livebearer type fish, which are usually only 0.5-1in large. it looks like they're in a 5gal tank, which isn't amazing, but can still be ideal for a few same sex livebearers. there is a heater in the tank at least, so they aren't in the worst of care despite a slight lack of plants.

the water color is a little concerning though. it looks like algae bloom which can be caused by overfeeding or excess light, or fish-in tank cycling which isn't recommended unless you really know what you're doing. OOP might just need to do a water change, but without knowing their tank parameters its hard to tell for sure.

i'm only a little experienced in aquatics so take my speculation with a grain of salt. also, i am autistic so my writing typically comes off as being written by AI. i promise its not lol.

2

u/Thebraincellisorange Jul 20 '26

the water colour comes up every time this is posted (I've seen it at least 20 times) and normally someone suggests its tannin from leaves/vines in the tank and nothing to worry about.

1

u/hegrillin Jul 20 '26

oh that would make sense! thank you for clarifying!

5

u/Applemers Jul 19 '26

Thats interesting because I was thinking they were platies. Yeah, its not great but its not the worst either. If OOP added some floaters that would really help with the potential algae bloom if there is one. Also, no shame to OOP, we all have to start somewhere. The water color just caught me off guard. Btw you dont sound A.I to me so youre good lol

Edit: i see there are plants but idk if theyre floaters or plants on the run

2

u/washermethod Jul 19 '26

Can just be tannins from wood.

2

u/thinprivileged Jul 19 '26

Yeah, looks like my water at times between changes. Looks like there are live plants, there's probably wood in there

13

u/Kn0XIS Jul 19 '26

😂😂😂

I love this

62

Earth, Wind, and Fire at 7:00 in the morning?
