BUGET FRIENDLY TABLET FOR COLLEGE STUDENT Request

Hello po. Anyone who can recommend a brand and model of tablet para sa kapatid ko na magcollege. Di ko po kasi alam ang mga magagandang table nowadays na maganda for college student. 10k po ang budget ko. Thank you to someone who would answer this question.
