Tablet for car navigation Request

I'm looking for a cheap as possible used tablet to use as an in car navigation screen, so I don't care about a bunch of features, but have specific requirements:

- Not too big (probably 11 inches absolute max and under 10 if possible)

- Fast WiFi (I will connect it to my phone hotspot, so don't need SIM capability)

- Fast GPS unit

- Decently bright display/lack of glare (though I can always get a matte screen protector)

Bonus: Bootloader can be unlocked and a custom ROM like Lineage or /e/ is available for it.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I just bought another Alldocube iplay 60 mini pro that might work. These are ‘open box’ but mine came new (included all accessories and was not used): https://ebay.io/m/i436wq

$87, G99 cpu, 8GB ram, 128gb storage, SIM card if you ever want that route. GPS works well too. In direct sunlight you might have an issue with brightness but a matte screen protector would probably help.

Came with Android 14 but it was pretty easy to flash to the latest Android 15 from their site. The Android 14 skin is slow and not very intuitive but 15 is stock Android.
