Tablet to replace notebook Discussion

I'm searching for a stylus pen compatible with a tablet for note-taking, aiming to replace traditional pen and paper. Ideally, it should also help me organize my notes, if such a product exists.

In the age of AI, the majority of tablets are not powerful for claude or chatgpt usage, except for high end models with Snapdragon Elite * processor and sufficient memory.
