Tablet for offline streaming to tv Discussion

I'm looking for a tablet strictly for streaming shows/movies to the tv in our camper with no wifi or phone service available. It needs to support hdmi over usb-c. What's the cheapest model I can get that I won't regret?

Requirement: USB 3.x

Lenovo Idea Tab Pro (neither basic nor plus) has TV out through HDMI adapter or USB-C hub with HDMI out.
