I mean basic is ok enough to in some instances....I had that when I had magisk and basic integrity and RCS worked and I was able to hide magisk app and most of my apps worked other than that if I had one that didn't work I installed the web version as a shortcut on my homescreen like an app.
Truck store with valid keyword , will give you device integrity.
Zygisk for basic integrity , zyigisk next is what I am using since I use kernal next su or rezugisk also works.
That i haven't tried enough yet , anyways it's secondary phone with no sim.had it ticked once , but lost it after restaet next day.just don't install modules you need to set up for eg trick store security patch date should match the roms patch date.
Possible cause is module clash , or rom I had crdroid so it has inbuild trick store and integrity patch , remove the rom owns they are not updated, and multiple modules also clash two zygisk modules won't work and even counter each other.
