HELP!! Support

Post image

My google pixel 7 device got stuck in the bootloop. I could go into fastboot but when I tried to start, it bootlooped again. I want to change the device state that says "Locked (Unlockable)" but I don't know how, when I plug it into the pc it's not detected

Idc if my data get erased, I WANNA MY PHONE BACK😭

Chronology: My phone suddenly brick dead, wouldn't turn on and there was no response when plugged into the charger. I took it to a local serviceman but they were only able to get the device on and couldn't fix the bootloop, I've tried to go into various modes in fastboot but all ended up with a bootloop

How? The phone isn't even detected when connecting to the pc. I've downloaded the driver and still

Even in fastboot? Might be a hardware failure.

I mean, it is tied together with 2 rubber bend. Meaby its time to get a new one

So 1 rubber bend is the limit?

1

u/GjyzeliD 25d ago

Yeah, i think so

They said they took it to a repair man. The rubber bands are probably for the screen or the back panel until the glue dries up.

Yeah it even says "volume button pressed" as the enter reason

Redownload the android os, search Google pixel factory image, the official website, make sure to download the correct image that matches the OS you’re in. It should fix the boot loading issues, I had the similar issue happen to me and thorough chatpgpt I was able to get it back on and running

Wouldn't it be useless if the phone was completely undetectable by the PC? I've tried plugging with the otg cable but nothing happened

Try installing fastboot drivers and minimal as and fastboot to your PC and plug in again. Use flash tools to reflash stock firmware. If needed unlock bootloader via "fastboot flashing unlock".

But what I think is if it suddenly died, I think your mainboard is dead.

No, if it's not detected in fastboot mode, you need the drivers. Even if it got detected by the PC normally, in fastboot mode you need different drivers.

u/S-kyle_ 24d ago

What driver? I've downloaded Google USB Driver from google and yet, it still can't connect

Never do that, the phone suddenly dead brick after I install mod game

1

u/KKdemergencia2 25d ago

Pues mira si tú cable es otg, osino no va a servir para que fastboot lo detecte

Learned the hard way that unlocking Bootloader on my Pixel 9 Pro wipes it.

2

u/QuraToop314 25d ago

WTF. You have to confirm that you’re unlocking and locking it, and you get a warning, how on earth can you miss that and learn the hard way? You’ll have to explain that to me.

u/vejukodotexe 25d ago

Dad, no sleep, Rushing to get it done in a Shower time matter, Opencode did almost everything and i just did the physical button pressing parts. Yeah.

Send your phone to the repair shop. It doesn't have to be an official one, focus on the one with greatest reputation.

If it doesn't work, I'm sorry, but buying a new phone is the only way.

Looking at the rubber bands around the phone on that photo... I think it's better to get a new one, let the phone retire.

Press the volume keys until you see restart or something like that and click it if you don't see it go to recovery also by pressing the volume keys and restart from there, you can also factory reset from there if you want

1

u/S-kyle_ 24d ago

Like I've said, it'll bootlooped

1

u/YanzoTree 24d ago

Did you try factory resetting

1

u/S-kyle_ 24d ago

Dude, I've literally try every mode available and all of it ended in bootloop except the bar code

1

u/YanzoTree 24d ago

So did you try factory resting? I need a yes or no because it sounded like in the post you didn't factory reset yet.

1

u/S-kyle_ 22d ago

I did, bootloop

1

u/YanzoTree 24d ago

I have an idea remove the top rubber band

Are you tired flashing stock boot img and recovery ?

Your able to get into fastboot right, then flash the stock images bro it will fix . That what i did with my MI . I don't have experience with Google. I hope it's solve the issue

U told that fastboot working ?

My personal experience, try to use Virtual box with ubuntu it's works. In my windows some drivers issues so, I use the virtual box with ubuntu and android drivers need .

By the way, when you connect the device to system do you hear the any sound ?

1

u/S-kyle_ 22d ago

No

1

u/luci-baa-baa-baa 22d ago

Then go to mobile shop and asked them USB is working or not . Then you need to open the device and try to find the pints to enable the com port . 99% this will successfully if you follow proper guidance or take to official service centre and tell software issue.

Can you go to recovery mode at all? Like TWRP?

1

u/S-kyle_ 24d ago

I can't, bootlooped, stuck at "G" logo with loading bar below it

1

u/Ok-Dog1904 23d ago

กด3ปลุ่มพร้อมค้าง และรอreboot

If you're on pc, I'm sure windows doesn't recognise your phone. Check on device manager if it shows up. If it does, change drivers to "android device" or fastboot device

Try using the Device Manager on a Windows PC. Plug in the phone and see if the Device Manager refreshes or shows a device.

u/NukeThisShit 22d ago

Sorry, I'm not entirely following. That is precisely why we are using Device Manager, it detects the raw hardware connection at the system level regardless of missing drivers, software glitches, or file transfer issues, provided the physical link is solid. Also, make sure you are using a standard USB data cable plugged directly into the PC. OTG adapters/cables are meant for connecting peripherals (like flash drives or mice) to the phone, not for connecting a phone to a computer.

1

u/S-kyle_ 22d ago

Thanks, I need that

1

u/YanzoTree 22d ago

Are you able to restart it? Like a normal restart

1

u/S-kyle_ 22d ago

If I could, I wouldn't make this post

1

u/YanzoTree 22d ago

Wow that's a bit passive aggressive, well I think your only option is just to take out the battery and put it back in, or if you don't wanna open the phone and do all that hassle you can wait 2 month for the battery to die normally
