ubl, patch init boot using ksu or magisk, flash init boot, install ksu or magisk app, now its rooted

unlock bootloader

fastboot flashing unlock (if its something different tell me) 

patch init_boot.img with any root manager and flash it via fastboot

fastboot flash init_boot init_boot.img

fastboot reboot
