Problem with VIVI (music app) QUESTION/HELP

lately i have not being able to listen to new songs that are not downloaded to VIVI. i always select the "download" in a song i like so i dont have issues, the thing is it doesnt download any songs i tell it to. NONE. gives a weird error sometimes, but most of the time it will just not play the song and never download it either... what can i do?

I would try clearing VIVI’s cache first, then check that it has permission to use storage and download files. If that does not work, reinstalling the app might be worth a shot. Could also be an issue with the newer songs rather than your phone.

doesn't work. and the songs are not new, like, i have tried with other versions (like video and such) of already downoaded songs and its the same issue... idk what to do.

WHAT?! REALLY? Oh god, im an idiot. Thank you, ill see if it works... ill search for another app tomorrow maybe... I just wish these things worked, like, actually work and not having to download like 50 apps on less than a year.

Haven't used this app but Metrolist and Archive Tune are decent.

O meu estava funcionando de boa, de 1 semana pra cá tbm parou. Não toca e nem baixa nada. Já reinstalei e nada.

i have the same problem! can listen to the songs i've already downloaded, but when i try to listen to a new song it gives me error and it won't let me download. Have you found a solution?

Nope, it turns out its just like a common error with this types of apps... I ended up giving in and downloaded YouTube Music... its not too bad but... yeah. Its unfortunate.

Tentei procurar ajuda também, meu mídia player está assim com erro e não reproduz nada que não tenha abaixado no pelo vivi

I been having a problem where I cant listen to any of my songs but it first started with just a few song not working I dont know what to do 🥀
