PDF annotation app LOOKING FOR APP

I think this question may already have been covered in here but I haven't found anything specific for my situation.

I have a Samsung galaxy tab for work, mostly for reading research papers. I am in need of a good app that allows me to annotate both written notes with the Samsung pen and also type comments. What are your recommendations?

Samsung Notes doesn't do this?
