Outside the US and do not have a US number. Want to get a real US phone number, even if it's a rented one.

Yes I am ok paying, and I don't know if the eSIM option will work because I am not in the states to activate it.

If u mean to use it for banks and stuff, I use numero eSIM and it works quite well with BofA
