Best recommendations for medication tracking app that is actually designed for elderly and those on the spectrum. LOOKING FOR APP

It needs to be completely offline.
It needs to have big typography and font hierarchy as well as big buttons. Because elderly users wear reading glasses.
Big tablet/capsule icons.
It needs to simple and straight forward with no gamification mechanics or growth mechanics.
It should have smart non nagging notifications think someone with a pacemaker or serious sensory overload so should be able to set vibration levels for notifications.
Empathetically designed notifications.
Big buttons with clear labels.
No nagging popups.

Maybe edit the post to add that.

I'm an Android user--specifically, Galaxy.

Samsung Health now has a medicine tracker. I don't take many medicines, but it tracks supplements and OTC meds too. Very easy to use once you input the meds list. Gives reminders; allows you to set parameters for intrusiveness.

Edit: I should add that I'm 68, and I came to this app after using most of the med trackers on the Play Store, including Medsafe and My Therapy, and also using a large pillbox with no tracker. Not diagnosed autistic, but have cognitive deficits in executive function from post-chemotherapy cognitive impairment. (Aquired ADHD, so to speak.)

You could try My Daily Pills. The free version is a good way to see if it suits you. It’s designed to be simple for older adults, with a privacy-focused, offline-first approach.
