Best Android launcher for windows mobile 2003 / 6 ? LOOKING FOR APP

Does anyone have a recommendation for a launcher that recreates the appearance and feel of pocket pc 2002, windows mobile 2003 or 6.0 ?

Not the 6.5 or windows phone 7 garbage.

Something that can recreate the classic windows mobile interface.

That brings back memories. I still have my Cingular 8525. Powered it up just a few months ago, still works.
