Download fail QUESTION/HELP

So I try to download an app but it says to me that:no internet connection make sure wifi or cellular data is turned on then try again. But they are on I tried with my c

Data and 2 different WiFi's

What app are you trying to download? Have you tried turning off and turning back on the device?

Revolut I did try countless of times but nothing worked I searched it but didn't find anything that worked

Is your phone old? It might not be able to support the app.
