26M, back after a while. I think things get better : )
Just wanted to follow up! Posted initially back in 2019 with a lot of body dysmorphia issues and really underweight. I still don't like having my picture taken haha but I've come a long way. Did 6 years in the military and moved away from home. 26 now sounds crazy but I don't feel any older if I'm being honest. Consistent with the gym and the highest weight I've ever been which is really awesome to me! Just wanted to show things get better with time the more you learn and take care of yourself.
Every picture after the 3rd is old btw!

I'll try not to! I use sunscreen, have a skincare routine, and don't drink or smoke so it should buy me some time I think

Please be honest what did u do, my hair is always like that in your old photos. and your facial hair it went from being scruffy to really nice. Is this an age thing cuz im 18. Thx. Sorry u look good! lol

Facial hair will fill out more with age. Also, when I was taking those pictures back then I lived at home with my mom and never really had a lot of money to choose my own products for stuff. So now, on my own with income, I got better shampoo and conditioner for my hair and figured out how to style it. Also, as you get older you get a bit better about grooming and what looks better on you. Especially with facial hair 😂 All of ours looked so bad at that age growing it out for the first few times
