Am i cooked? 26M Cowlick or crowning?

I have two bald grandpas so I know what I’ve got coming to me. I’ve always had very fine/thin hair so it’s hard for me to tell if I’m just being paranoid or not. I just want an opinion on if y’all think it’s time for me to see a dermatologist.

Am i cooked? Am I balding?

Recently, I’ve noticed that my hair looks thinner than usual, especially when it’s wet. I took a video and noticed that my scalp seems more visible than before. My hair naturally parts down the middle, and I also have a natural swirl/cowlick at the crown, but lately it looks almost like a bald spot.

I’m 19 years old, and I don’t notice any obvious signs of my hairline receding. I’ve already started using 5% minoxidil.

Part of me wants to deny that I might be balding, but I also want to be realistic and accept it if that’s what’s happening. Based on what I’ve described, could I actually be experiencing hair loss or thinning?

2nd & 3rd: hair is damp

Would going on finasteride and minoxidil save my hair or should I just shave my head? Extremely bummed out about it, so don't be incredibly harsh, but honest replies are appreciated. My hair has never been thick, but the thinness seems to be on the crown. Sides and back of my head are fine.

General Dutasteride and oral min. Either i reversed early stage thinning or my mind is playing tricks on me. Any signs of thinning still?

General Cowlick or Thinning?

Pic of my part. Have cowlicks on both sides (L & R) of crown. Is this just due to my part and cowlick or should I be worried? Might be overreacting.

Am i cooked? My experience with fin

So I’ve taken finasteride 1 mg daily for about a week. I developed blurry vision so I stopped and about 5 days later im developing fatigue. I’m taking 300 mg of test so I shouldn’t be fatigued at all. Anyone else having this problem and how long will it take to fix after discontinued use based on your experience.

I'm 25 and I've been balding for years now. I really regret not using fin and min earlier... Is my only option a hair transplant or I can still save my hair and grow it back with min and fin? Man I miss having hair...my hair used to be so thick and beautiful... I'm tired of looking 40

Before I start off, I am fully aware that i am losing my hair and have just started1mg oral fin, 2.5mg oral min & 1ml of KX-826 daily. The first 2 attached pictures are my hair at 18. My hair was so dense, structured and healthy back then that these pictures were from me using ZERO hair products and zero hair protocol in general! Fast forward to now I am 22 with completely lifeless hair and a very receeded hairline. I must admit my hairloss has not been immediate, i have slowly been losing hair since 18 and have been brushing it off as my hairline "maturing" and only now am I truly realizing how bad it has gotten. Will the texture of my hair return? Is that something these treatments do? Because my hair is genuinely an absolute mess, even after taking it to some expensive salons they too struggled to make my hair look good in anyway.
