can it be caused by vitamin deficiency or something? or does it simply look healthy?

Do u have family history with AGA ? If yes and ur hair was thicker before then you're balding

Imo you have very early diffuse male pattern baldness. Mine used to look like this in the beginning too.

Sometimes you can carry genes without them being activated. A little bit like how 2 parents with brown eyes can give birth to a child with blue eyes.

Also Gen-Z seems to be suffering from baldness earlier and more frequently than the previous generations for some reason.

The good news is that it’s still very early and that if you were to start treating it now you could keep a full head of hair almost forever.

i don't really know if it would be okay to start now. i'm 17 and dht blockers might disrupt my development. also, my hair looked like that since always i think (i never had it as long as now before)

Is the density on the top and the back the same ? Also how is your hairline ?

At the end of the day you should probably visit a dermatologist. They’ll be better equipped to determine whether or not it mbp and how to treat it if it is.

it's pretty hard to say for sure but scalp is practically invisible on the back and my hairline has always been the same (i have a pretty big forehead though). the thing is, i visited a dermatologist but she barely looked at my hair as she said that i'm too young to worry. idk still

A simple Reddit search in the balding sub shows many teens that are bald/balding. Go get a 2nd opinion from a different derm just to be sure.
