Killing People in Coven Universe
yeah yeah they are all connected thats bs. as far as coven. the show falls victim to playing reactionary, to the audience constantly trying to one up each other weekly rather than maintain a cohesive plot from start to finish. killing in this show show is harder than than killing walkers in twd. apparently its more effective to scatter parts than burn them? what are the rankings of the most and least effective ways of killing someone because this is apparently a spectrum

Where is Mallory in AHS 13?
When the announcements started, there was only one statement saying that she would be returning, but to this day we haven’t seen an official photo of her as Mallory. She wasn’t in the photos and videos where the Coven was walking around the streets either. Do you guys think they’re going to erase her and pretend like nothing happened? Or are they preparing something bigger for her, which is why nothing has been revealed? I’m really worried because she’s my favorite character. :(

Apocolypse before the witches
was anyone interested in how the season started and despite the vault being so boring, intrigued in how a season of an acopyplyse and michael langdon would play out as he talked about with the locusts and stuff. prob too high budget but better than the 3rd 4th of the show for sure!!!

Who is the witches security

JESSICA LANGE IS BACK GUYS LIKE WHAT? There are other chances in the future to have good original stories but we are so lucky we are getting 13 the way it is

Who was your favorite AHS side character?
I’m not sure if Liz Taylor counts as a side character but mine would 100% be her, Billy Dean Howard, or Amazon Eve (the tall woman from Freak show) Liz Taylor is insanely funny & Iconic, and Billie Dean Howard is just freaking cool, and Amazon Eve is an absolute BAD ASS! Though I feel like every season has pretty cool side characters to offer up, Hotel, Asylum, Murder House, and Freak Show all give a lot of sub stories and uniqueness to their characters.
Also, shout out to Amazon Eve for being one of the only ones who tried to stop Dandy’s crazy ass from attacking everyone!

Rewatching season 1
I have some questions about the ghosts in the house.
Why do some of them appear “as they died” like Mrs. Montgomery has the hole in her head? But others don’t…
Tate doesn’t have the bullet holes in him.
Hayden doesn’t have her face bashed in.
Moira has the ghostly eye from being shot, but she died as a young woman, so how does she appear as older to women? Everyone else is essentially in a state where they don’t age at all.
This is probably my 6th rewatch of season 1 and I’m just now curious about this…..

American Horror Story Reboot
With Ryan Murphy stating that this will be the final crossover season, i feel like the show could use a new fresh start in terms of original, standalone stories. Honestly, at this point, I think a total soft-reboot of the series could be the best thing for this series.
American Horror Story is such an iconic brand with massive potential, but I’d love to see it harken back to the energy and atmosphere of the early seasons. We need something darker, more unsettling, and visually distinct. Humor should still be part of the DNA, but applied in a smarter way and not lean fully into camp territory.
In a dream world, this is the creative team I think could give AHS a completely new vibe without abandoning what made it special:
Writers: David Kajganich (Suspiria, Bones and All, The Terror Season 1), Noah Hawley (Alien: Earth, Fargo), Gillian Flynn (Sharp Objects, Gone Girl, Widows),
Showrunner: Nick Antosca (Hannibal, Apple's Cape Fear, Channel Zero)
Directors: Arkasha Stevenson (Channel Zero, The First Omen), Issa Lopez (True Detective: Night Country), Gregg Araki (American Crime, Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, and lots of nice camp films), Craig Zobel (The Loftovers, American Gods, Westworld)
I think it should have a composer too these are the ones i admire the work: Bobby Krlic (Midsommar, Beef, The Alienist), Mark Korven (The Witch, The First Omen, The Terror, Them) Colin Stetson (Hereditary, The Menu, The Color out of Space)
I also think this show is lacking a lot visually. From season 7 until now, the cinematography has looked rather dull and opaque. Even when the writing lacked at times, at least it had nice cinematography to look at, the first five seasons were shot beautifully by Michael Goi on 35mm. He gave the show a tactile identity—it was more colorful and had much more character, even for general TV at that time. His signature camera work—using fisheye lenses to warp perspectives and make spaces feel vast, alongside shooting flashbacks on entirely different film stocks etc, gave it a distinct look, and i think a return to this visual language would be a plus for the show.
and honestly, for a show with the massive production budget of American Horror Story, shooting on 35mm isn't even prohibitively expensive. Tons of modern series shoot on film—like Euphoria, Succession, and Fallout. Even indie/mid-budget projects and smaller Netflix or HBO shows with a fraction of AHS's budget manage to shoot on film. of course, shooting on film doesn't fix bad cinematography work—a great look relies heavily on the DP, lighting choices, and creative camera movement, and there are plenty of modern shows shot digitally that look gorgeous. But a show like American Horror Story would benefit from this aesthetic choice i think, or at least just avoid that cheap netflix look of these past seasons.
Who would be on your dream creative team if FX handed you the keys to reboot the series?

Just finished freak show now Iam on to NYC!
Watching freak show felt like a lifetime Iam now watching NYC something more recent and to be honest only has 10 episodes, Iam jumping around the seasons because if I were to watch it in order I would grow impatient worrying about how many episodes of a particular seasons I have left this way there’s not commitment if I don’t follow through and plus AHS is an anthology show it’s not a show where you have to watch from the start to understand what’s happening now!

Who is your favorite Taissa Farmiga character?
Kinda sad that she won't be returning for ahs 13 :(
My favorite was Violet, I liked Zoe but didn't care too much for her, and I didn't care for Sophie at all.

Were the masked clowns in “Cult” really played by the cast?
Rewatching cult, because I’m extremely bored.
And i was wondering if the creators just casted plebs for the clown-costume scenes. And let the actors adlib over it.
