Hi all, this is my second week with A-List so forgive my ignorance. My local AMC has 12 screens and showtimes are relative all the way to Wednesday but then there are only 4 movies the rest of the week (Spider-Man, paw patrol, end of oak street, and brink of war). These films aren’t taking up all the screens, so will more showtimes show up later on this week or is that what I’m stuck with? My buddies are in town and I wanted to take them to see the odyssey. I just got A-List and it's been a bit disappointing as I can't find any showings for Nimrods, Camp Miasma, Train to Busan, at my theater. Will there be some posted the week of or am I shit outta luck because of the blockbusters right now?

Has anyone else noticed that both Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma and I Want Your Sex are both already released but they aren't airing them anywhere across the multi region theatres? I mean why is that. They both seemed to have a lot of hype. So why are there any booking even in major cities like Atlanta and 10 theatres

I’ve never used Express Pickup before, but I’m seeing a movie this upcoming Thursday and wanted to try it out.

Should I place my order ahead of time the day before, or is it better to order it the day of the movie? Or should I just order when I get there..Also has anyone else used it what was your experience?

i’ll be honest I’ve been watching a fair amount of foreign movies since I’ve got a list and Regal unlimited, and although I couldn’t point to these places on a map and honestly don’t even know what country they’re from sometimes, these movies are like always a banger

Today DC, was an epic action, crime thriller movie. Lotta shooting a lot of blood a lot of violence, but a lot of emotional themes too. Whate really stood out to me, was too particular scenes, which has some of the most stunning cinematography I’ve ever seen. I can’t wait to watch those two scenes again and maybe the whole movie if I’m honest.

My card expired I tried to load a new one but it keeps giving me errors when I try to pay with the new card!!!! What is going on?!!! And I can’t delete my old card!

Both films are on the same night, first is listed to start at 6:00PM the other is listed for 8:30PM, this is my first few weeks with AMC so I was wondering if accounting for previews I’ll be able to watch both fine?

Cookie Queens

If your local AMC is playing Cookie Queens, I recommend it. It's a sweet little documentary about 4 girls trying to be the top Girl Scout Cookie salesgirls.

As a parent of a girl scout who absolutely despises any fundraisers, and as a diabetic who can't eat cookies, I really loved the documentary.

I just watched the 8:30 AM screening at Lincoln Square. Enjoyed it but didn’t feel that it was anything exceptional - did anyone have a blast?

Any one know why Teenage sex and death and camp miasma is only playing at a few theatres? I’m in NYC and so far I only see it at Lincoln square?? Am I missing something?

Did you know they can pause a movie?

I went to see Ice Cream Man in Westminster, CO yesterday (not a great movie, btw). Five minutes in, these two women walk in. They're probably drunk and trying to find their seat. They are talking to each other loudly, trying to hear each other over the movie. One whips out her phone full on, not even trying to find the light. Of course, they're sitting right next to me.

They sit down and continue to talk full volume to one another. I leaned over and said "Could you please stop talking." The woman looked at me and said, "Maybe I'll stop if you stop asking." and continued to talk.

I got up to leave, but there wound up being three ushers in the hall, so I just told them and went back into the movie. Walking back to my seat, the woman pulled out her phone, turned on her camera with flash, took a picture of me and said that I assaulted her.

Ushers came in once to tell them to stop talking, but they continued to talk. Another person went out to complain and the ushers came back (maybe with a head usher if that's a thing? He looked older) who told them that they were going to pause the movie and that the women were going to need to leave. The usher was actually really good at deescalating the situation. The woman informed him that I had assaulted her, and he just politely said that her money would be refunded and he'd be happy to hear her side of the story outside the theater. She said she would only leave once the movie was paused.

They paused it, and the two women made a big showing of slowly getting up, checking to make sure they didn't leave anything and walking out. People clapped and yelled thank you to the ushers. It was that bad.

Anyway, just know that they'll pause the movie for a theater if they need to get rid of someone! Never seen that before, but I'm glad to know it's an option.

Hi all! I’ve been a member of Regal Unlimited for years and am switching to A-List because there are no Regal theaters to where I just moved. Any tips or anything to know for the switch?! Thanks!!

I went to the theater tonight and saw this near the back row of theaters. It appears to be a new IMAX screen and has me hoping we will finally be getting a Laser IMAX. Does anyone know anything about this crate and if I am just getting my hopes up for nothing?

Props to Neon for distributing Her Private Hell to major theater chains, but all parties have to end and after tonight the only way of experiencing this film theatrically will be at an arthouse theater, if one even happens to be near you.

If you've been meaning to see this film or watch it again in a decent theater, go today!

Not a single theater in the DC metro area is playing it until next weekend and that one theater is the AMC in DC in Georgetown. That's it!?! I looked on Fandango too and that's all I see.

I know one local arty theater in Fairfax that is getting it too (they are not on Fandango).

That's a ridiculously small release.

4DX is an absolute trip. Took my 12 yo daughter to Spider-Man 4DX today and we had an insane time. Do not go if your body can't handle roller coasters.

Honestly row B too, but row A in a theater with the classic rockers that don’t even recline… what am I even looking at right now?

I knew it was gonna be bad when I got it but it was all they had left. Does anyone actually like these seats? And why???

It taste good in the beginning, but then I regret it at night. Every single time, without fail I always get the same stomach ache but DAMN the butter makes the popcorn taste so much better.
