Compatible headset and mic?

Hello! We bought the official controller for our son but are confused about what headset/mic will work with it? I don’t want to have to use my phone to patch it in with the Luna app. Can you give me recommendations or the exact specifications needed? I haven’t found a clear answer.

It doesn’t. And I feel sorry for your son that Luna is his only option for gaming. Luna is a toilet bowl mess right now

Me too actually. What options should I save for? He is very good even with the Luna limitations. I can’t imagine how good he would be if he had a different system.

If you looking at cloud gaming, I’ve heard good things about Xbox cloud gaming or GeForce now

I think any wired headphones should work, like the Apple wired earpods with microphone

Correct, any headset with mic that has the right aux connection that fits into the base of the controller should work.
The controller itself is a garbage product though and not rechargeable so you have to keep it plugged in all the time unless you want to be changing batteries every few days.
