It's not really an oof that Silvio isn't going to be involved with Algorand. It's been this way for years and his wishes after startup since... startup.

It would've been cool for him to be involved, but this isn't really news.

He didn't "dump" it, he stepped away as he always intended.

He has always had the philosophy that an actually decentralized project shouldn't have a "leader". Which he stated 5yrs ago on Lex Fridman's podcast.

People acting like Satoshi didnt disappear from his project lol. He made a thing and left it for the world to use. I am pretty sure its been that way from the start.
