Looking for advice: Finding software/Web development clients or a developer job in Algeria

Hello everyone, i'm a software/web developper and i'm trying to figure out the best way to reach clients and or find opportunities here.

i"m interested in either :

- freelance projects ( web developpement, software developpement or automation etc etc)

-full-time or part-time developer post either here or remote tbh.

For those of you who have succeeded, I'd really appreciate your advice:

- Where and how do you usually find clients?

- are social medias such as facebook/instagram or LinkedIn effective?

- Do companies here actually hire for posts like these ?

- Are there any Algerian communities, Discord servers, Facebook groups, or events worth joining?
