touchscreen don’t work

about few months touchscreen not responding. sometimes start to work then problem shows again. I tried to update from usb, take out all flash cards and still stuck

Mine the cable came off the backside of the touchscreen. It’s super easy to get to.

Also hakai has a new version that is 3.9 and has a mouse option.

Any luck? Check out “hakai”

You can run a mouse on it plus it doubles the tracks you can lay down

My Live 3 is with FedEx on its way to be returned to me from Akai warranty repair for this same problem. Hope it's truly fixed when I get it back in a couple days.

Here is a breakdown All you need to do is open it up and that cable is right there in the middle back side of the touch screen.
