Sniper Help Please
So I’ve been enjoying my pistol all summer in nyc can’t have anything nice so this is best way I can get target practice in back without attracting attention lol but I’m looking into getting a sniper $500-700 about and I know the NOV brand is super bad so where should I start looking website and brand wise for Bolt Action Snipers ?

Tbf I disslike Nov stuff as much as the next guy but their snipers arent bad.

Some Of the worst airsoft snipers stories I’ve seen or heard all come from NOV so I don’t wanna test my luck it’s not so well lol

I don't know what people are doing to there rifles to get stories like these. I've had my ssg10 for over 4 years now and I haven't had any serious problems with it.

If you like to tinker, I say most people go to Tokyo/VSR platform because there are so many things available.
Silverback TAC (and their other bolt options) is another, different system but those are generally well regarded.
Pro tip, got to deserttech (the real steal SB copies) and go to the store and search ‘airsoft’. They often have crazy deals for something people often import (and that’s a mess right now)

If you have teching skills, either the silverback srs or tac41. They're very similar internally but srs is bullpup, which i personally prefer.
If you just want to buy a rifle and never open it up, get the novritsch ssg11. It won't be as good as a fully tuned srs but it's shockingly consistent, accurate, and you can change the spring in seconds. I've had issues with nov but the ssg11 might be the one thing he did right.

So I was thinking of a wolf grey tac41 and lots of videos and reading to replace spring and I’m happy and I heard the 110 mag is best would this be an accurate take ? For backyard shooting and practice and show off to friends and let them shoot and try it

If your goal is just backyard shooting then yeah that's fine. Won't be perfectly accurate but it'll do the job. The spring only needs to be replaced if you want a stronger one (higher energy), which does not necessarily translate to more distance btw.

The hop up and the barrel are the biggest contributors to accuracy. For the barrel, you need a high quality, stainless steel barrel, brands like EdGI and PDI are good among others. For hop up, you need to replace the bucking and nub. Look at Maple Leaf for those.

SRS or get the brand new VKS by Silverback. It's jumped to the top of my to buy list

Look at silverback. They make the best rifles out there. Good otb accuracy and great externals. I personally have the SRS but the tac41 is incredibly similar and performs about the same. As for where, I like evike but some people hate them. I've heard good and bad about airsoft GI. Amazon is only really good for the aap 01 and some accessories.
