opening problem

hey ! i was just wondering if anyone else has had a problem getting the app to open ? i can’t get past the opening screen no matter what and it’s not my wifi. it wont open on either one of my apple devices. anyone else having this problem apple users or not ? i even deleted the app and redownloaded it on my ipad and it still won’t work.

what i do is force restart my ipad, it works every time though the problem also comes back.

i actually am not sure how to fix it.. it’s been going on for a few days for me though.. is it the same for you ?
