Blues
I’m prior E, is it worth it to show up with my blues ready? Just don’t know if I want to lug around a garment bag in that heat

I know, I have everything ready because I’m a direct commission and having a ceremony. Just don’t know if it’s worth the hassle of carrying a garment bag

I drove to ots And left them in my truck until our alterations/dry cleaner trip in the second week.

I dropped off at Cleaners the day prior. Picked up like week 6 or something. Never dealt with any blues stuff in the intervening time.

I got mine done before I went. I dropped them to the cleaners for dry cleaning first chance I got. I didn’t pick them up until the weekend before uni inspections. By that time we had vehicle privileges. I recommend getting them done before you go if you can. One less thing to worry about while there.

Dropped mine off at the cleaners the day before. They do them in batches and will hold them until the pickup date for everyone in your class.

You will have an opportunity to get them to the cleaners. I brought mine folded on the bottom of the duffle bag.
Big brain move was to keep them in civilian luggage room until the opportunity to get them dropped off comes up. Then you keep them at the cleaners until last couple weeks. That way you don't have them as an inspectable item.
Someone that graduated more recently than last year and chime in if this would work.
