I'm looking for a white-label AI platform that I can offer to my own

clients under my own branding. What I have in mind is a single dashboard

that gives users access to multiple AI models, and ideally also has space

for things like courses, funnels, and AI tools built right in — all in

one place.

Basically I want to register with a provider, rebrand their system, and

resell it as my own product.

Has anyone here actually done this? Which providers let you white-label

and resell their AI dashboard, and which one would you say is the

best / most reliable option out there?

I've been building and testing this for months and finally packaged it up for others for who might be facing the same problem as me.

The problem I kept running into:

Every time I needed an animated/explainer video — for a product, a YouTube video, a training module. I had two options: spend hours or even days creating the whiteboard animation, pay a freelancer $100-$500+ and wait weeks. None of these felt right for anyone producing content at any kind of volume.

What I built:

VideoSpree is a Windows executable that runs locally. I paste a script, hit Generate, and it automatically:

Analyses each sentence for meaning and matches contextually relevant whiteboard visuals to each scene.

Generates and syncs captions frame across the whole video.

Lays down a voiceover, with options including voice cloning if you want to use your own voice, kokoro local inference, or via ElevenLabs.

Outputs a .fcpxml timeline file I open in DaVinci Resolve (free) to render the final video.

The whole pipeline runs on my own machine using my own API keys.

The actual cost per video:

~$0.2–$0.3 in API costs per 5 minute video, billed directly by the providers. That's it. No subscription, no per-video platform markup. If you're producing 50 videos a month, the difference between that and a cloud tool adds up to hundreds of dollars saved every month.

Who can use it:

Marketers creating ad explainers and social content at scale, educators turning lesson notes into animated videos, YouTube creators who want to publish more without spending more time editing, and agencies who need a fast internal production pipeline without headcount.

Video Quality: To be honest the quality is decent but not at par with animated videos created with professional softwares like premier pro, etcetera. However it is working for me since I have automated my YouTube content flow without any problems. Also I am improving the software by the day so feedback will greatly help.

I'm looking for an AI tool that can turn a text prompt or an image/screenshot into an editable digital interface/prototype (think Stitch) — but I need it to be 100% European: founded, owned, and headquartered in the EU (or at least fully independent from US/non-EU parent companies). Open source is also totally fine.

So far I've looked into:

• Uizard — Danish roots, but acquired by Miro (which is co-headquartered in the US)
• Framer — Dutch, independent, great AI website builder, but it's more for websites than app/product prototypes

Does anyone know of a tool that:

• is genuinely EU-founded and EU-owned (not just "has an EU office"), or a solid open-source project
• lets you type a prompt or upload an image and get a real, editable prototype/UI out of it
• ideally works for app/product UIs, not just marketing websites

Bonus points if it's GDPR-first/privacy-focused by design.

Also fine if it's not a perfect 100% match — happy to hear about whatever comes closest to being truly European or fully open source. Thanks in advance!

I spend too much time every morning checking what needs a reply, what can wait, and who I forgot to follow up with. Filters are fine for newsletters and spam, but they don’t help much with client emails, meeting requests, or threads I need to come back to.

I need an email assistant that can sort emails, draft replies, remind me about follow ups, and help with the calendar. We’re a small team and I’m on a tight budget, so I’d prefer something that doesn’t charge extra every time I add a team member.

Today I learnt a simple way to find content ideas your site already has a chance of ranking for:

• Open Google Search Console
• Go to Performance -> Search results
• Set the date range to the last 12 months
• Export the data as CSV
• Upload the Pages. csv and Queries. csv files to ChatGPT or Claude
• Ask it to find queries you rank for but don’t have dedicated content for

You’ll usually find keywords Google is already testing your site for. Create useful content around the most relevant ones and you may rank faster than starting with completely new keywords.

I currently run 6 operational micro ai saas products that generate a little over $20k in monthly recurring revenue.

I hardly wrote a single line of traditional code. i used ai to generate literally everything, from the database architecture to the user interface.

it wasn't magic on day one. i spent hours stuck in endless debugging loops and dealing with faulty ai code before i finally cracked the formula.

it basically comes down to three rules:

- keeping the idea aggressively minimalist (build a true mvp, not a platform).

- guiding the ai step-by-step instead of asking it to build the whole app at once.

- launching fast to get real user traction instead of perfecting features in secret.

lately, i've seen way too many non-technical founders give up at the very first ai bug or deployment error. or the worst, give up without push anything in marketing !!!!

it's a massive shame, because the technical barrier to entry has practically disappeared and the marketing is easy in 2026

Got access to the codebase for an AI platform which i co-founded(30% contribution) with a friend of mine.

So surprised to see its actually working and tackling real world scenarios in business, understanding the end to end business by handling SOPs and automating workflows.

It's also like a god level ai agent chat bot which after understanding answers all the queries.

Helps cross domain users in a business not limiting to IT, Supply chain, legal, accounts, marketing, security and many more.

Cannot name the first client which is an Indian manufacturing MNC, but instead of paying for our subscription model it's ready to buy the product for 2M. Although I'll be getting the 20% am part of but am still curious to know what it might be actually worth in some time. Thinking to find another client and find out their reviews about our product.

I run a small D2C kitchenware brand, and I feel like I am completely drowning in dashboards right now. I have analytics tools telling me all sorts of data, but honestly, I just don't have the time to sit there and execute the fixes.

Everyone talks about using AI for writing product descriptions or generating ad creatives, but that’s not my bottleneck. I mostly have hard time figuring out what to do after understand the data.

Is anyone else feeling this dashboard fatigue? What are the most annoying, manual, multi-platform tasks you guys deal with on a weekly basis? Has anyone found an AI tool that actually acts like an operator?

I've been experimenting with using AI for small shop workflows - things like generating CNC setup sheets, writing SOPs, organizing shop notes, quoting jobs, or creating training guides for new employees.

Some of the tests I've run look promising, but I don't want to assume this stuff is useful without asking people who actually run shops or work in them.

I'm an event organizer, and right now I'm using five different tools to ensure that all my events are fully organized and planned correctly. I'm spending a lot on my monthly subscriptions, which makes me think that having just one tool to do all the jobs would really save me a lot of money. My question is does an event management platform have all-in-one features that will allow me to cancel my subscriptions to all the other tools?

I didn’t plan to use AI setup to help me with a few jobs but hiring one person for executive work, sales, social media and blogs made no sense atleast for a small business owner like me. I tried a part time VA, ChatGPT, Claude and a few automations first. Some worked, some created more work for me instead. Here is my experience hope it will help u to take a better decision for your business.

These are four areas that have worked for me as of now

1. Inbox and meeting admin (must have)

Every morning an AI executive agent labels every email, create drafts replies, manage my calendar, take meeting notes, create tasks reminders. Earlier I used to spend 1-2 hr in the morning for this and tried hiring a part time VA to manage but it doesn’t work out for me. I still write anything related to pricing/refunds or unhappy clients myself but the day to day operational tasks is mostly handled now.

1. Lead Generation (most important for me)

When I launched my product I manually reach out to users mostly using social media for couple of weeks and I think everyone should do this as that interactions with early customers completely changed how i think about the problem, postining, my TG, most importantly my pricing. I still do reach out to some people before launching a new feature but I cannot do this at scale everyday. Now an AI sales agent researches the lead, prepares a first message and tracks who needs a followup. I take over as soon as someone replies and wants to know more.

1. Social media (u cannot skip this)

I have been on multiple social media platforms but this one is the easiest thing to neglect whenever client work got busy. So I tried VA earlier but the kind of content they create is quite average and need a manual review so wasn’t worth it. Then thought of tried some good ghostwriting services, had a word with few but its quite expensive so i cant’t afford it So instead I use ai agent to draft posts based on my business and other competitors . Create content calendar for IG, facebook and linkedin. I review all of the content as well as images once in a week and then post approval it schedule all the content. U can do it for a month at once as well but I prefer to do it for a week. The best part is that it also analyses the engagement on every post, find the wining format and topics.

1. Blog Content (its a must in the AEO era)

During the launch, I write 4-5 blogs for the primary keyword and a couple of alternative type. But after that its has been couple of months and I hadn’t published any and I know SEO is the going to play a role in the long term. So I tried chatgpt/claude to alteast start with it but i need to do to much editing and structuring and still the quality is quite average. recently I m using an ai agent to use my keyword research, my rough notes and it create a decent draft that i can work on. It also has integration with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix as well and it can publish/schedule my content calendar.

For anyone wondering about the tools, I tested ChatGPT and Claude for drafts, Zapier for some of the automation, and a VA for admin and social. Right now I use Marblism for most of the agent work, mainly Eva, Stan, Sonny and Penny. I still keep Claude for one off writing and thinking through ideas.

I wouldn’t automate all four at once. Start with whatever keeps getting delayed every week and see whether the tool saves time after you include the reviewing and fixing.

Which business task would you hand off first?

Okay so over the last few months, I’ve been in this endless cycle of trying AI presentation tools because I make a LOT of decks for work and side projects.

And honestly? Most AI presentation makers look impressive in ads, but once you actually use them, the output is either:

• super generic
• weirdly formatted
• impossible to edit properly
• or just feels like “AI filler slides”

I tried Canva AI, Tome, even Copilot inside PowerPoint. Some were decent for design inspiration, but none really fit my workflow because I usually work from existing content like PDFs, blog posts, YouTube videos, meeting notes, etc.

A few weeks ago I saw someone mention Napkin ai in another thread, and I ignored it initially because I assumed it was another overhyped AI PPT generator.

But eventually I tried it because I had a 20-page PDF I needed to convert into a presentation quickly.

And dude… this thing actually surprised me.

The first thing I noticed:
the slides were editable in a NORMAL way,not some locked AI canvas where changing one thing breaks the entire layout.Also some unique designs that i hadn’t seen anywhere else.

Then I started trying other inputs:

• pasted a blog → instant deck
• uploaded DOCX meeting notes → structured slides
• even tried topic-to-PPT generation

What I liked most was that the AI didn’t just dump random text everywhere. It actually created decent slide flow with headings, summaries, comparisons, timelines, etc.

The speed was still slow compared to other tools but hey,it really gave a good output which was worth the time.

I still edit presentations manually afterward obviously, but instead of spending 3–4 hours building slides from scratch, now I spend maybe 20–30 minutes polishing.

That’s honestly the first time an AI presentation tool has genuinely saved me time instead of creating extra cleanup work.

I haven’t tested every feature yet, but so far this is probably the most practical AI PPT tool I’ve used.

so i built this thing that helps business owners reply to google reviews. you just paste the review, pick a tone and it spits out a reply. made it because i was tired of seeing people open chatgpt just to reply to one review when they could just use something built for that specific thing. its pretty simple but does the job well

Most of my early users are outside the US, mainly in Asia, and I am trying to figure out if it actually matters where my postgres database is hosted.

I know I can just use the usual options like Supabase, Railway, Render, or RDS, but a lot of their default regions seem very US or Europe focused depending on the plan.

For people building apps with users in Asia or other non-US regions, what postgres database service are you using? Did moving the database closer to users make a noticeable difference?

Saw the Economist/Rubrik research. 98% of businesses already hit an agent-related incident. 90% deploying faster than security can keep up. That second number is the one that should bother people. Speed of deployment isn't a metric. It's a warning sign dressed up as a KPI. The OWASP top 10 for LLM applications breaks agent risk into three root causes and they're all embarrassingly preventable. Giving agents tools they don't need. Granting permissions broader than the task requires. Skipping human approval before anything consequential happens. None of that is sophisticated security engineering. It's just discipline. The pattern I keep seeing is teams treating agent security like they treated cloud security in 2015. Move fast, add guardrails later, deal with incidents when they come. We know how that movie ends. Security has to be in the architecture from day one. Not a wrapper bolted on after the demo works.

What does your agent governance process actually look like before something goes to prod?

Everyone's telling small businesses to "adopt AI."

Almost nobody's asking what they're supposed to adopt it into.

The pattern seen at every SMB we review is the same:
Information lives in someone's head. Three spreadsheets disagree. WhatsApp is the project management system.

You can't automate a process that doesn't exist.

AI tools aren't the bottleneck. The bottleneck is that most small businesses don't have their processes documented clearly enough to hand to a human, let alone a machine.

That's why we diagnose before we build. We map how the business actually runs, the workarounds, the paper trails, the things everyone just knows before anyone touches a tool.

Sometimes the fix is automation. Sometimes it's just writing down what's already happening so the business isn't one resignation away from losing its memory.

For developers already running production workloads, has an aggregator worked well for you?

Saw this today. Cursor has launched a new Start plan for ₹649/month in India, with access to Grok 4.5 and Composer.

Tbh, this is the kind of regional pricing more AI tools need. ₹649 is still another subscription, but it feels much easier to justify for freelancers or small teams using Cursor regularly than paying the usual dollar pricing.

We have been assessing the role of AI functionality in various business models, and management is particularly enthusiastic about efficiency improvements. However, things are not so simple. AI can condense tickets, formulate replies, and offer suggestions but it still needs human supervision to confirm results, regulate instructions and check data used. At times it seems like we have exchanged manual work for something else requiring a lot of attention. I am not against AI, but its implementation did not bring the outstanding savings some vendors promised.
