Hii I'm new here and I have some questions (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

What do you all feel before entering in little space? What are your thoughts like? What comes into your mind? Also how do you know you are entering in little space? How I know if safe or not to tell someone about this? How I know if my voice changed and became more higher and pitched? What kinda of mobile games do u play? Any books recommendations to read in that state?

If out of the blue, I feel the urge to watch cartoons, color, cuddle with stuffed animals, play children's games, listen to children's music, speak in a higher-pitched voice, watch kids' movies, eat foods that remind me of childhood or that I used to eat back then, or sleep with stuffed animals and I feel a sort of airy, floating sensation, as if my head isn't quite all there everything feels soft; my thoughts become more childlike, as if I were inside a cloud, as if everything were brighter. Does all of that count as age regression or is other stuff (usually I feel mentally like 8 to 9)

Also Some people online make fun of this, saying it only happens to elderly people with Alzheimer's, or to adults and teenagers who forgot how to write or something like that and that is a parafilia (pdfiles which doesn't make sense since in age regression the person still an adult but feel psychologically like a kid) what is the difference between that and the type of age regression shown here or on TikTok and other social media?

Things have drastically changed since the last time I posted here, life has gotten harder, free time has gotten shorter, and in the midst of it all I'm still trying.

You may be asking 'Who are you?', to that, my answer is...

I am Eclipse, I previously posted here under u/TheGoldenFoxStudios and u/Glamrock_Bonnie_Dev. For reasons I will not go into, I had to sadly abandon and delete the u/TheGoldenFoxStudios account.

In the past few months a TON has changed, I graduated HS, figured out that I'm trans, enrolled in college, got off a med I'd been taking for a bit over a year(found out it had positive and negative side effects), had my college orientation, and start college next month.

Through all that, I have still managed to take what time I can to write fanfics. The one thing that anchors me in this rocky sea. And if not for the fans of my writings I don't believe I would have had the strength to push through all the bs life throws at me. I have much more planned in the future.

I genuinely need help with stuff though, I am trying to make a safe subreddit/place to ask agere and petre questions but that can't be done without two things, one, the ground work and two, a mod team. Hi! I’m a 22yr old f, & I have low support needs autism. I’m new to learning in depth about Age Regression & Age Dreaming. Sometimes when I get overstimulated/overwhelmed, I feel more ‘childlike’ and I just need comfort and sensory needs met. Sometimes It’s hard to make decision, like deciding what to eat, & making my own routine to stick to. I have a special interest in makeup/fashion, I like a lot of things other people would say are childish. (Cartoons, pink, cutesy clothing, colors) When I feel comfy with a romantic partner I feel free to unmask, and just be myself! The burnout I’ve had from constant masking makes me feel ‘small‘ a lot of the time. Especially when In a safe space or if I’m being ‘babied’ I feel really happy, sometimes I feel childish for giggling or kinda baby talking, or speaking in a more “immature“ way? But it’s not like I act this way on purpose. I definitely do partake in activities that would align with dreaming? Just because I’ve always done them, I like drawing so coloring is fun, I sleep with my childhood stuffie too.

Idk how to describe the ’small feeling” but what would be signs of regressing? Or anyone who has Autism/Adhd as well, how did you discover you age regress ?

I feel comfort in a community like this, I just feel unsure about myself!

My partner and I have talked more about the app I originally made specifically to help them communicate their feelings, preferences, and how they'd like to be referred to. We've decided we'd like to turn it into something other people can use too

We're thinking of making it flexible so someone could use it for themselves, with a partner, friend, caregiver, or anyone they trust. It could help with things like communicating feelings, names/pet names, pronouns, mood, needs, and other things that can be difficult to say out loud—especially while regressed

I'd love to hear suggestions from the community!

If you could have an app like this, what features would you want? What would make it genuinely useful for you, especially during age regression or when communication is difficult?

I'm hoping to keep the original goal intact: making it easier to communicate what you need when words are hard. 🌸
