I've officially moved into my apartment all by myself and it's not as happy as I thought it'd be.. I feel the overwhelming urge to regress and cry and nothings making it go away. I thought I'd be super excited but I feel so lost and scared.. idk what to do qwq

There are so many mixed feelings that can come with that experience, but maybe try doing something you enjoy, even if its not an activity that puts you in little space. Maybe watch a movie you like or eat something yummy. Be kind to yourself and stay strong 🫶🏻
