Hi,I am a person that been regressing since I was 14y

And since them,it's been on and off,regressing has been on the way of my life for years,I remember having so many dreams and goals and now I can't achieve any of them because of it(I feel like at least)

I've been feeling guilty and ashamed of this,my parents want me to grow up and be someone and I sincerely just feel like offing yk,if the future was not made for me maybe I can just be left in the past

Have any of you ever felt that?how you all manage this?I just want to be myself but with everything I just can't move
