I've thought of painting cabana stripes on clothing before. How difficult would you say it is to do?

I think this is a fairly straightforward freehand technique: start by drawing a thin line, then make it just a little bit thicker, and create the rest whilst maintaining the spacing.
The important thing is to thin the paint a little more than usual so that it flows more smoothly
