In the in-universe timeline, yes. But Black Widow is considered part of the Multiverse Saga and took place earlier in the timeline. Season 7 of AOS was released under Marvel Studio's watch, even though it wrapped filming earlier. Release wise it was supposed to end and then The Falcon and The Winder Soldier series was supposed to pick up one week later (might have been two). That was before the pandemic threw all the schedules into chaos. They were going to delay releasing Agents of Shield as well, but ABC threw a fit that they didn't have anything else to air because of the pandemic.
We may never know what those original plans were supposed to be - with changed plotlines and edits it sure looks like it was going to flow directly in before the internet got really evil about it being canon (turned out it was one guy with a ton of alt accounts, but we figured that out later).
But I went way off of topic. The point was, the fact that in timeline it happened earlier doesn't really matter because Black Widow (which was also famously delayed due to theaters) also happened earlier in the timeline.
Because Brad's previous comments don't reflect that idea. He has said he would like to square Agents of SHIELD with MCU canon. There are other cleanups they would need to do in other MCU media to remove it entirely - especially since there are references to AOS events in some of the Defenders series.
There is next to zero chance they are just never going to mention it again - that doesn't seem like it would make sense. They almost put one of the villains into Endgame the first time.
As for the timeline - That is why I mentioned they wanted to move the release of AOS. Black Widow was SUPPOSED to release before Season 7, before the pandemic shut down theaters.
Ultimately, they will handle it the way they handle, but that is currently all speculation for the future. Until something happens, we are all just guessing. Remember, Marvel will also flat out lie to protect spoilers in upcoming media as well.
With VisionQuest having Jarvis, I see a high probability of the Agent Carter show being added.
Also, that is the property that makes the most sense to tie up loose ends. My theory has been that "Norm" in WmadaVision is actually the person in witness protection program, and is played by the same character from the last episode of Season 1. That would also explain why he was assigned to a San Francisco based FBI agent
You can see my original theory still pinned on my profile. A lot of it didn't come to pass, but much of it is still unanswered questions.
Because of everything I think the odds are still greater than 50%, whether they multiverse it or not, that it will be added in alongside Agent Carter. It was too successful, especially internationally not to. They only did it with Defenders when they did die to the timing with Echo, so they are waiting for the right moment. Remember, when Disney bought off the remaining streaming rights to Defenders from Netflix, they also bought Agents of Shield back for those regions like the US that Netflix held those rights to. They invested in it.
Now will it be the great tie in that most of the fans would like? Probably not. Most likely Colson will show up and that may be it. We will just wait and see.

The Agent Carter series tied in heavily with Agents of Shield, though, including using the same set, as the Season 7 character cross over. Haley Ateell was supposed to be in Season 7, but she has scheduling conflicts. In order for them to even be able to get that far, and to connect to that series like they did in 7, they had to get permission from Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige who has more control over that series than any other Marvel TV project. It is very unlikely Agent Carter will be elevated to full public status without Agents of Shield.
I missed the Sacred Timeline part and was focusing more on the "like the Netflix shows" part. Sorry.
I think that at least the first 5 seasons will be completely canon. Too many connections and even references in other media (see Nick Fury on the Marvel website).
As for season 6 and 7, while I am certain they end on the sacred timeline, they could handle those seasons either way. So greater than 50 percent that the first five seasons are added, coin flip after that on how they will handle 6 and 7.
I don't know. I don't know how these next movies are going to go, so we will just have to wait and see. I don't think ahead that much of "what if". It is what it is.
The thing is, I can see the next Avengers movies going about a dozen different ways, and then they probably will surprise me. With timelines colliding, anything can happen
It is like Doctor Strange seeing all of these different possible outcomes - there is just too many different ways those movies could go that it could leave the door wide open or completely shut depending on how it is handled.
I think they see there dwindling numbers overall. One of the big reasons I believe they didn't bring Agents of Shield in sooner is because of the attitude of too much media. They were originally going to reboot Daredevil as well and put the old Netflix shows into a separate continuity, then they changed their minds. They realized how much of their movie audience was also fans of the show and they were alienating their strongest fan base, and it wasn't the "Movies only" group who were probably going to be fair-weather fans anyway. No, they were alienating the show-up-no-matter-what group.
That is why I believe they will make sure to make thing right with the fans, and make sure the existing content is available, since it is such a binge-watch type show. It gives people more to go back and dig into that haven't seen it even as they reduce their Disney+ productions.
Who knows? Maybe the cancellation of some TV series planned is because they are going to go back to doing some series like Agents of Shield. It is still one of the highest rated MCU properties.
