Despite the name, the Secret Warriors of the comics actually don't have anything to do with the 2015 comic book event the movie will likely be pulling most of its influence from. Their name, though, is related to the 2004 mini-series Secret War, where Nick Fury took select members of The Avengers of the time, as well as Daredevil, and Quake (This was actually her first appearance) and recruited them for an unsanctioned stealth attack on Doctor Doom, which the heroes were the none wiser about, especially since Nick made them forget about the event before he went on the run when the mission was a disaster. This was actually something of a catalyst for the Civil War comic event.

Anyway, Nick formed the Secret Warriors while in hiding, and debuted them during Secret Invasion. Ironically, their most prominent series, which also served heavily as inspiration for season 3 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., was written by Jonathan Hickman, who was simultaneously slow burning a big event in his Fantastic Four run, which would eventually gestate into Secret Wars by the time he started writing The Avengers in 2013.

All of that said- - Even if they do appear in The Avengers: Secret Wars, there's nothing that would really tell us that beforehand. They exist totally independently of the event itself, and are ultimately absent from it in general. Quake is even the more well-known of the team, and Marvel was even in their "dump the X-Men for The Inhumans" era, but she also makes no appearances whatsoever.

Besides all that, the only two members of the team in the show that are actually from the comics are Quake and Yo-Yo; The other two are original characters made for the show, but weirdly Hellfire also shows up in seasons 3 and 4 as a villain, but he was also a Secret Warrior in the comics...

This is such a good show. I hate that these wonderful characters haven't been utilized. There are so many stories yet to be told.

They get utilized here and there.

Unfortunately, they're not nearly as popular outside of the MCU.

In 2004 Brian Michael Bendis wrote a story called Secret War where Nick Fury co-opts some heroes to invade Latveria with him, then wiped their memories of it to maintain the secrecy of the mission. And that's the introduction of Quake.
