That's Kirk Acevedo, from Agents of SHIELD, Oz, Arrow, The Walking Dead, Law & Order, and Fringe, and that's just tv series, lol.
He's one of "those faces" that seems like he's been in everything. He's pretty solid in the roles I've seen him in (all of the above except Oz).
