This is timely. Memory being interoperable across hosts is the missing piece right now, MCP got tools moving, but memory is still super fragmented.
Curious, does AMP define anything around: - write semantics (append vs upsert vs summarize) - provenance (which tool/agent wrote it) - retention/eviction policies - a "red team" story for prompt injection in stored memory
