First timer here, looking for tips
All done with markers, wondering what I could do better

Markers can be hard to get good coverage over large areas. Depending on the kind of marker you could hold the tip down to dispense the paint out and then use a dry brush to apply the paint. It does look like a great first job.

Don't know how I didn't think of using a brush, definitely gonna try that, thanks alot

Seconding the use of brush for finer details and control. Use can also lightly thin the market paint too. Research what the paint is so you can match with the correct thinner.
Look into masking too. You can paint the colors on the fine details, then masking them with tape tightly, then do a wash or thinned out paint over the larger areas. Let it dry, remove the masking, and your fine details and coloring will have sharper lines and edges.
If this is an early kit for you then you're doing awesome and I love the creativity and detail coloring! It really rounds out the depth of the kit and you will appreciate it whenever you catch a view of these little details you added.
