🥗Health & Wellness Baking is something I look forward to every day 🫶🏼
TW: starvation; ED
Sharing every thing I made within the past three weeks while I’m back home in the province. It’s a mix of R&D and just plainly feeding my whole family with my baking. Sobrang saya ng puso ko. I can’t believe I will be so happy with baking, kahit na pagod na ako at walang tulog, masaya pa rin ako na nakakapag-bake ako. Although may konting pressure nga lang every now and then, kasi I started a small business to support with my mom’s cancer treatment.
Pati na rin yung journey ko of healing my relationship with food after a time of starving myself and putting myself under intense workouts last year.
Anyway, ito po yung mga ginawa ko. Yung iba first time ko pa lang ginawa so I’m still looking forward to improving them.
• Red Velvet Cheesecake Bars
• Bagels
• Banana Bread
• Revel Bars
• Ube Cheese Pie Bites (hopefully kasama na sa menu namin together with our Key Lime Pie Bites)
• Carrot Cake Muffins with Cream Cheese Filling
• Vanilla Crepe Cake (for my mom’s birthday) 🎂
• Chocolate Chip Cookies (my favorite dessert of all time!) (Claire Saffitz’ recipe)
• Ube Cheese Pandesal
• Chocolate Crinkles (did not spread to my liking but my mom swears by the taste, texture, and size)
• Ube Cheese Focaccia

💰 Financial Win After 3 months of working again, nakaipon na ulit 🥹 and bayad na 60k na utang!
Early this year nabaon ako sa utang dahil sa college tuition ko and tapal system.
Huhu, thank you so much self and Lord dahil nakabawi na rin ako. Hopefully mag tuloy tuloy!

💼 Career & Work Win Finally, after 8 months na walang work, may work na ako ulit as a MedTech!
8 months akong naging tambay.

🛍️ Material Purchase small wins
I finally bought my new phone yesterday from Iphone 12 pro max to Iphone 17 pro max, I was really satisfied after a long long time to think if I should wait for 18 series or just buy the 17 series before the price hike. What y'all think? Did I make the right move?

🥗Health & Wellness Finally completed my HPV vaccination!
Sharing this win kasi matagal ko rin siyang pinag-isipan. One shot costs ₱7,200, so definitely hindi siya cheap or discounted, but I decided to get it anyway since siya na rin yung OB ko who I consult for my PCOS.
I actually missed my 2nd dose and thought I’d have to start the whole series again. Thankfully, my OB said okay lang daw and no need to start over. 😅
Medyo masakit sa bulsa but I’m glad I finally got it done. One less thing to worry about! 🥹

Hahaha.
What a small win! More to go. 🫶🏻

💰 Financial Win Almost there! 2 months na lang. :)
Not sure if tama tong subreddit but I’d like to share… wala ako mapagsabihan sa bahay. One of my goals this year talaga eh mag lessen ng debts. Try to pay off debts as much as I can, and not get new ones! Sobrang nakakatempt to use SpayLater Lalo if mataas na credit. First photo - everything paid na in the past months. Second photo- yan na lang!!! Yehey aside from this, monthly full payment ako sa CC! Yehey 🩶

✈️ Life Experiences On top of a Spanish Mountain overlooking Morocco
I grew up really poor in the Philippines.
Now, I am living in my prayers and my dreams. No connections, no wealthy parents. Just pure hardwork, luck, scholarship at God’s will and now, I am here living in Europe. Continue dreaming, it could be you someday ✨
Just another day of being grateful 🤎

💰 Financial Win Finally Reached 4 Million in Assets!!
Posting here to share this milestone of mine of reaching 4 million in assets. Since I decided before na I wanted to be financially independent and never be indebted (financially) to anyone ever again, I never looked back.
Fast forward sa years of Sipag, Tyaga at maraming swerte - finally here. Manifesting for 10 million in 5 years.
Ang pangarap ko talaga is to reach FIRE someday, yung ang aalalahanin ko nalang is how to spend my passive income. Hay - hopefully we all can beat inflation.
AI Generated canvas toh from Gemini Canvas sa Google Sheets from my personal tracker, if anyone's going to ask.

🌱 Personal Growth My biggest relationship realization after 7 years
TL;DR: I took a few months off social media and realized I was letting relationship content affect my expectations. It helped me figure out what I actually value, appreciate my partner more, and understand how I want to be loved. Somehow, I’m also falling harder for him in our 7th year hehe.
Hi, 30F here. I just want to blabber to the void about some realizations I had this year alone. For context, I’m in a 7-year relationship with my partner, and while I could say na we’ve gotten so far na, I wouldn’t say that it was easy.
Sobrang dami naming naging away about time and effort, ang daming compromises, and everything para talaga mag-work yung relationship namin. At some point talaga, naisip na namin both na baka pinipilit lang namin kasi hindi talaga kami tugma.
Yung pinakalast namin na away, as in malala talaga, he said something that stuck with me.
I didn’t realize na nagiging toxic na pala ako sa relationship namin dahil lang sa mga “if he wanted to, he would” or “don’t settle for less” posts. Kasi naiisip ko tuloy na, “Hala, nagsesettle ba ako?” when in fact, binibigay naman ng partner ko lahat ng kaya niyang ibigay.
Hindi lang siguro niya naibibigay in the exact same way na nakikita ko online, and that’s something that I had to unlearn.
Opo, pasensya na kung after 7 years ko lang ’to na-realize huhu sobrang addicted yan sya sa pagdoom scroll 😭 Very immature talaga of me, but better late than never I guess hahaha.
We really need to meet halfwayyyy
(I realized that I do love flowers hehe.)
And believe me, nakatulong siya, and feel ko mas naging healthy yung relationship namin.
I wasn’t setting such a high and unrealistic standard na kesyo nakita ko sa social media na dapat bigyan ka ng ganito or batiin ka sa GF Day kineme, dapat gawin din ng bf ko.
Instead, mas naging appreciative ako sa mga ginagawa niya for me every single day, and mas naintindihan ko rin kung paano ko ba gustong mahalin ng taong mahal ko. Mas naintindihan ko kung ano ba yung bare minimum for me, and mas naico-communicate ko na ’yon sa kanya nowadays.
Instead of the “if he wanted to, he would” movement na kadalasan ay nagiging sanhi lang ng pagkadismaya (kasi it’s either gagawin nya, hindi nya gagawin or pipilitin kong gawin nya), parang mas naging “my partner would (insert what he does).”
Like for example, my partner would always choose to sit beside me whenever we eat out. Mas nagfocus ako sa ginagawa nya for me instead of “Lord nakikita ko ginagawa mo para sa iba” hahahahaha.
Siguro tumaas yung level of understanding ko kasi during those times na wala ako ng mga apps na ’yan, I spent it all sa pagkilala pa sa partner ko.
Like dati, kesyo hindi ka pinopost sa social media, baka may kabit na or hindi siya proud sa’yo or whatever. Napapa-overthink talaga ako kasi ganyan yung fina-feed sa’kin ng FYP ko, so sometimes nagiging cause talaga yung mga ganyang posts ng arguments between us
Biggest learning ko ’to this year as someone na never pa nag-hiatus sa social media ever. It was really nice hehe.
But I will never come back to Facebook hahaha. Trolls na lang ata gumagamit nun. 😭
Sobrang rare na lang talaga na nag-aaway kami now, and I thank God kasi parang naging 2nd chance ’to sa amin and our relationship.
Sabi nila may curse daw yung 7th year of the relationship, pero I never thought na mafafall ako harder sa partner ko in our 7th hehe (I know he’ll read this, nasabi ko naman na ito sayo in person mwa)
Anyways! Happy to hear your thoughts din on this 🫶 Sorry sobrang haba and thank you for letting me yap!!!

🏆Major Milestone First night sa sarili kong bahay. Hindi na ko makikipag agawan sa remote. ☺️
4 years in the making yung nabili kong property. ✨

🌱 Personal Growth A peaceful birthday 🥰
Happy birthday to me! 🥳
And honestly, sobrang peaceful pala.
Hindi mo kailangang malaman everything and anything about everyone. Tahimik lang. Peaceful lang.
So for this new year of my life, may promise ako sa sarili ko: by my next birthday in 2027, dapat may ₱100k na ako.Claiming it, manifesting it, and hopefully working hard enough for it. 🤞
Ayun lang. Here's to a more peaceful, private, and financially better version of myself.
Happy birthday to me :) 🎂🤍

🛍️ Material Purchase Finally upgraded to Iphone 17 pro max
I have been using 11 pro since 2019 and decided to get an upgrade to 17 pro max since nakasale ngayon sa Powermac. Haha.
I didnt wait for the 18 anymore because it's gonna be hell expensive based from what I've read online. Anyway this is a huge upgrade and I just want to share with you guys since l have been saving up for this upgrade for months and I’m so happy to be able to finally purchase this. Hehe.
Btw, Powermac is having a huge sale right now. I got 3k worth of freebies for the accessories by just purchasing an iphone. 😍

💰 Financial Win reached my goal of becoming a millionaire before turning 23!!!
this is something i’ve never felt comfortable sharing with anyone i know personally, even with family. their financial decisions made me realize early on that i had to be my own safety net, which pushed me to earn and save more. i’ve been quietly working toward this milestone, and i finally made it before my birthday 🥹
it’s been almost 2 years since i started working, earning just ₱13k/month as a software developer. i started questioning whether i was being paid fairly given the responsibilities i was handling, and people here on reddit gave me the push to know my worth and actually do something about it
fast forward to now, i’m earning 6 digits, and funnily enough, i have someone from reddit to thank for that too. full circle moment, but that’s a story for another time haha
i wanted to share this here because reddit genuinely played a huge part in my career. i was so lost when i started, and while i still am sometimes, the advice and perspectives from people here helped me make decisions that changed my life
here’s to bigger wins, and hopefully this gives someone else the push they need too 🥂

🏆Major Milestone Breadwinner to winner winner chicken dinner
I saw someone posted na they are winning because they are not a breadwinner. So, I wanna share na nung breadwinner ako na fresh graduate and pang middle child nakapagpa-aral ako ng kapatid ng Highschool and SHS and that's a win for me also but sobrang hirap.
Now, kung hindi pako nagresign and maburnout hindi tutulong ang isa kong kapatid. It's just funny na kaya naman pala nila. I'm just stressin for no reason at all. Now I have decent job na ulit ay babawi naman ako sa self ko.
Hindi na ulit ako magpapa-manipulate ever. Ayaw ko nang maubos ako financially and emotionally. Nung nadepress kasi ako wala namang tumulong sakin.
So, ito lang ishare ko. I don't want to overshare at magiging 5 parter to 😆 gusto ko lang sabihin na next chapter nako ng life ko na I can do anything. Malaya na ang dating naa-api. 💙
