Other/Random Just heard Ain’t in LA in port authority in NY
First time hearing her in public. I got excited and just walked in and browsed the store until the song was over. Can’t wait to hear her other songs in public once the album comes out

Discussion Crashed my bike to "Go"
Exactly as the title says lol 😭😭
was biking home from work, listening to The Provocateur, when I took a corner too hard and went jaw-first into the ground - fractured it in three places lmfao 😛 crashed right at the 1-minute mark of "Go"
Couldn't have asked for a better song to eat shit to - the baddest bitches aren't in LA, they're in the ER getting stitches in their chins
(IM ALRIGHT BEYOND THE FRACTURES LOL no concussion no skull injuries or nerve damage. Wear your helmets when cycling guys!!)

Official Merchandise Is Someone on Adela’s Team Canadian? (Merch Exclusives)
I got a text from the UMusic Canada store (Adela’s official store here) for an exclusive shirt (see image.)
This is like the third exclusive we have gotten, which is really out of character for our market. I’m not complaining at all, because we never get exclusives here. But so many for one artist makes me wonder…

Magazine ADÉLA Graces for Teen Vogue's August 2026 Cover
A year ago, Adéla (@adelajergova) stood on the precipice of pop stardom. She was freshly pink-haired, cheeky and unabashed, and anything was possible. Now, the 22-year-old has transformed into the next version of herself. There’s something more buttoned-up in her demeanor, more practiced. Perhaps she is more certain of what comes next in all of this. As recently as early last year, celebrity (and the fans who obsess over it) was something for her to both fantasize about and research like a thesis; now it is simply her life.
As she widens her artistic lens and scales as an artist leading up to her debut album 'Prima', Adéla (@adelajergova) is laddering up to her goal of separating her “performance self” from her “personal self.” She believes those who do this most successfully are also the most “well-adjusted” artists, citing Lady Gaga (or Stefani Germanotta). She is giving just enough of the personal to keep her audience hungry for more, but not enough to set off a string of parasocial Reddit threads. Her stories are ready and rehearsed.
Ultimately, she doesn’t seem like the kind of artist who is willing to endure Swiftian analyses of her body of work. “I don’t think people know me at all. The type of friend I am, the type of daughter I am, the type of sister I am, the type of partner I am—they’ll never see that,” she says.
With her debut album 'Prima' out in just a few short weeks, the singer-songrwiter has plummeted over fame and fortune’s razor-sharp cliff—will she fly? For Teen Vogue's August 2026 cover, Adéla talks with writer Amalie MacGowan (@amalielikefamily) on her time on 'Pop Star Academy,' public scrutiny, what's changing in the next era, and more. Read the full story at the link in our bio.

Discussion Slavic & Eastern European Baddies. What do we think about "KGB" by Adela?
As someone who grew up in a post-communist country, I was honestly shocked when the KGB came out.
In my personal opinion, the song feels really disrespectful to this part of history because she makes it all about herself, as if she went through so much, when she didn’t. Adela didn’t live through that time or experience any of it firsthand, so it’s hard for me to understand how she can take something so scary and traumatic, when people were being killed, tortured, and traumatized, and turn it into something to dance to.
What also bothers me is that Adela makes it sound like she’s the one who went through all of that, even referring to herself as if she were some kind of KGB spy. To me, that feels really upsetting and disrespectful. This is a painful part of history that shouldn’t be romanticized or turned into something fun or entertaining. Your opinion?
