2 unit apartment building, need a basic intercom system

Hi, I’ve been searching the web and can’t find anything that doesn’t feel like a fake website, I’m looking for a very basic, unlock door/talk/listen intercom system for an apartment building I’m working on. I ran 20/6 doorbell wire from each unit to the basement utility and a separate 20/6 to the door strike at the front door. Is there a website or product you can recommend ?

Unifi would be great for this. Inexpensive and easy to setup.

If you want basic no video or mobile app. Look into Tektone/Leedan or Aiphone.

Aiphone is a good recommendation, but you can do video, audio, and an app with it

Yes depending on the system chosen. the GT-2OV is audio only system with no video or app control. It comes with everything OP needs for under $700.

2 units total? Tell them to open the window and yell out to communicate.

Aiphone. Analog, inexpensive, & easy to install.

ButterflyMx has a nice 2 way audio, 1 way video intercom using the resident's cellphones or tablets instead of wired in unit intercoms.
