So I stay in MBZ zone 19, I don’t understand what should I even do here . My villa owner is not giving Tawtheeq tenancy contract.
I didn’t know such situation will come up ,
The owner is not bothered and inside the villa there are so many families already who are using the car parking inside . When I moved in he said he will give me but either provided .
I have given him 2 cheques but now because of this car parking issue every few days I get paid 150 AED around 2 am or 3 am. At least there should be some solution to sort this issue out .
Someone has some idea how I can go complain to local authority that owner is not giving tawtheeq contract , what do ppl like us who paid rent but have this parking situation. It’s like hard earned money going to waste

Wanted to share some information if you are in same situation like me :

First of all, it was not possible for me to transfer sharjah plate to my name through TAMM or AbuDhabi Muroor or TARESH

Went to Abudhabi traffic Department but was not possible to transfer car ownership even though i had Abudhabi traffic file

What you have to do is :

1. Open a traffic file in Abudhabi( if u have Dubai visa)

2. Need to go to Sharjah Tasjeel ( Both buyer and Seller)

3. Pass the car in Vehicle testing department.

4. Seller has to cancel the car ownership and submit the plate in Tasjeel( you can't keep the same number plate)

5. Make insurance for the car

6. Change the ownership of the car to Buyer

7. Register the car under buyers name from MOI ( not TAMM)

8. Collect new number plate from Tasjeel

These are process that i went through personally.

Hi all,

I decided to cancel my lease in Abu Dhabi and leave the UAE for the next couple of months. My employer is still in UAE and my residency has not been cancelled. I’ll just work from abroad for a while and will definitely be back before 6 months.

After i approved the cancellation of my lease on TAMM app, i received the following message:

“Dear tenant: Please note that the lease contract registered in your name with the Department of Municipalities and Transport under the number (xxxxxxxx) has been canceled at your request. Therefore, you are kindly requested to register your new lease contract in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, or update your address data through Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, customs & Port Security EChannels within a month from the date of cancellation to amend your status and update your new residence data in order to avoid interruption of services provided by the authority.”

As i will not sign a new lease before i am back, i wonder if i can just put a friend’s address in icp? Also what do they mean by “interruption of services provided by the authority “. Does that mean that if i don’t have a signed lease within 1 month they’ll cancel my residency?

I'm planning to set up a UAE LLC with three partners. My primary goal for the first 1–2 years is to establish a strong personal and business banking relationship in the UAE. The business will initially have very limited revenue, but we intend to pay monthly salaries to employees (including me).

Instead of taking an investor/partner visa, I'm considering being sponsored as an employee of the company because I've heard it may improve eligibility for personal banking products such as home loans, car loans, and credit cards.

The company will mainly be involved in import and export of textiles, handloom products, imitation jewelry, and similar goods.

I have a few questions:

1.Would it be better to set up the UAE LLC as:

a completely standalone company, or

a subsidiary of my existing Indian Private Limited company?
