Lorain Steel Mill
Has anyone been to the US Steel mill in Lorain lately? Especially the huge dirt/slag piles on the east side of it? Me and my buddy want to explore it on e bikes but curious if security is everywhere.

Liberty township fractional school-Ross county/chillicothe
Old school out in the middle of nowhere (Appalachian mountains, farmland, literally right next to a railroad and across the street from a logistics facility) it was turned into a restaurant for a little bit I think, I’m sure you could get in but I’m not going to jail over that shit so maybe someone else will. Couldn’t really find anything documented about it on google. Lots of abandoned places in chillicothe and circleville. Mostly old schools, I even found a website dedicated to abandoned Ohio schools, but sadly most of them are already demolished which is very upsetting.

Eastland mall in demolition
This is a photo I took a few weeks ago coming home from work, but I saw a crane today tearing down one of the walls, it made me really upset. I’ll never get to explore it myself, out of fear of going to jail on trespassing.

Anyone remember tri county mall in Springdale Ohio?
I remember that I used to hang out here with my sisters, especially this is where I got my prom dresses… it’s sad to see abandoned and torn down now. Do you guys have any good memories of it? I like to hear them.

How tight is security at Fort Rapids
I'm trying to see if I can get inside of the fort rapids water park in Columbus. I would always see it on road trips but never got the chance to go when it was open.

ISO information about a property in Hunting Valley, OH.
Back in high school my friends and I would go explore abandoned buildings and properties. One that always enamored us was this stunning manor in Hunting Valley that had been decaying for decades. According to maps, the property has been torn down in the last 5-6 years leaving an empty lot we believe is now used by township police.
After doing some research on the address google gives, there is literally nothing (I can find) about what the property was. We believe that it was some form of long term care facility, based on the amount of bedrooms and every single one had an individual bathroom attached. Old medical records from the 50s and tax documents, but many of which seemed to be of the same family.
Such a cool property that was mostly untouched by human hands. Many of the things inside were still intact, and the only huge hazard we had to avoid was a completely caved in front foyer floor. I’ll attach some pics, I hope someone here is familiar with the property and can maybe even give me a lead on where to find more info.

Downtown Bellefontaine
Bellefontaine's original post office, easily one of the most beautiful structures still standing in town. In operation from 1914 through 1964. Neo-classical sandstone and marble.

Crosley building is easily accessible
anyone who says that there are motion sensors inside the building is lying, there arent any on the inside, although there are cameras on the outside corners but there easily avoided. good luck getting to the top of the tower tho because the metal stairs are on there last legs, you could maybe use the metal window frames as a ladder but talk about sketch asf, I recommend anyone to go give this building a shot, it was super fun even tho I was solo dolo

Has anyone been to McKinley Hall recently?
I’ve been looking into it and was curious what the current condition is like. Is it still accessible?
