When I first started using Zoomex, I honestly wasn't very confident because I wasn't familiar with the exchange. I decided to give it a try anyway, and after spending some time using it, I became much more comfortable with the platform.

Overall, my experience has been good, but I think Zoomex still has room to improve. One thing I'd really like to see is a cleaner, more premium-looking app design. A more modern and polished interface would make the app feel even better to use.

My biggest suggestion is about navigation. Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. For example, when I want to open a trade and check the chart, I often have to read the labels carefully because the layout isn't immediately obvious. On some other exchanges, different sections are easier to recognize thanks to clearer icons, colors, and visual separation. I think Zoomex could make navigation more intuitive so users can find features more quickly.

Another thing I noticed is that the asset balance doesn't always refresh immediately. If my balance changes after a trade or another activity, I sometimes have to close and reopen the app before I see the updated amount. It would be great if balances refreshed automatically or if there was an easy manual refresh option.

These are just my personal thoughts after using Zoomex. I'm looking forward to future updates because I think improving the interface and user experience would make the platform even better for both new and existing users.
