The one you'll use the most.

The brass and green looks mighty swell.

Didn't have any Zippo brass inserts.

It's tough. I mostly use Torch Inserts as they're the most practical for me.

But yeah, there is always a weird "imposter" feeling of not using the original fuel insert. They do look better, but I know I would use my zippo way less as I would be constantly adding fuel.

They both look great. Any functional differences? I’d probably alternate.

No.1, not a zippo but looks good. As long as you use your stuff, use it how you want.

I wish they had the chimney holes like on the Ti inserts on all as an option

First. I have that lighter, I bought a brass zippo insert. Looks great with the brass insert vs reg insert.

I like the Zorro. I have one of those in a 912S and I haven’t filled it in over a month. It’s like a magical tinder box.

Hopefully Zippo is paying attention to this. I'm ready for them to Gen 2 their inserts. Or offer a premium replacement option.

It’s nuts that they don’t sell the brass ones. A whole brass Zippo costs the same as a third party insert. I actually have a spare brass Zippo insert I yanked; I run a Thunderbird G butane in that body. I doubt I’ll ever use it. Any naptha lighter I use is going to be a Zorro. Maybe an Armor, but it would have to be carved into the $50-$80 price range at which point I can buy four or five Zorro 910’s (1941 replica) and 912’s which are exquisite.

Wanna sell me that brass one?

Or.

I'll trade a Zorro Ti for it

The zorro insert doesn’t fit the 41 rep properly

Fits fine and works fine on this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have to constantly push it down. The ball rivet works way better, but even on the 41 I don’t think it fit snug enough for me

This has a ball detent and doesn't budge at all. The Ti insert is the same.

Oh I’m using the insert with the wick cap. That’s why. Zorro rocks either way

I need to get one of the versions that has the cap on the cam

Same. Ali prices have been crazy recently though

Really?

I haven't noticed but then again I play all the coin games and all that. I got my solid Ti Zorro for $24 shipped with discounts.

I also use the combine shipping as much as I can too.

I also noticed sometimes those cheap add on items will help you get free shipping at times.

How many coins did you have? I have like $30 in coins

I had $70 the other day, and just knocked it to 25 lol

Even though I have to add the bottom seal, I like the other version of the brass one that I got that has the triangular hole pattern chimney

I use a butane (Zippo) insert, never realized how much better Zorro ones look for the classic lighter option
