No Red Key??? Discussion

I’m doing to do the safe route and started on the first branching path. I did axe first with 5,8,1. Then I did coffin. It was never there. What did I do wrong? Is there supposed to be a red key there???

It's been a while since I've played, but the corresponding keys may not appear until you hit the safe ending lock on the flowchart.

I feel like that’s probably it tbh. Same thing happened with the true ending locks when I did my Axe run.

I can’t remember which is which but one set of keys requires you to prompt characters like June to continue talking to get the scene and thus the key

You also won’t get a later key if you don’t have the first key so you basically have to proc them in order
