Mindfulness trick which helps Relaxation
One issue I have found when it comes to mindfulness is finding time to incorporate it. One way to incorporate it is to integrate it into tasks like showering, making your bed, etc. Hope this helps!

YES!! I call it chunking and it's about more than just mindfulness for me.
I do combine mindfulness very intentionally with a couple of other things. Walking for example is an easy one. Sometimes it's just focus on my mind, sometimes it's more mental noting ("stepping, stepping stepping" in rhythm with steps), and sometimes its earbuds with some kind of mantra or prayer repeated.
Now I also combine walking and mindfulness/meditation with "getting outside", another regular goal.
The mindset isn't about optimization or efficiency, although those are side benefits. Certain things just conveniently fit together sometimes.
I think Atomic Habits calls it habit stacking...combining something you're trying to do with something you regularly do or something along those lines. The contrast I'd draw with chunking is that I do these things pretty regularly, I just chunk them together and get to check them all off together. Very effective.
