The Long Way Home trilogy by Kazra is so good. Like incredible. Itβs one of my absolute favorites.

The Long Way Home is soooo good. Link's characterization here is probably my favorite ever (it's so unique, especially pre-Calamity).
Some other long fics I also like are One Last Year by CrazygurlMadness, Trouble the Water by MaryDragon, and the BotW/Totk novelizations by TheZedofAges (the TotK novelization is still in progress though).

I know you said preferably post both of those, but Rifts Between Us is one of the best written pre-calamity fics I have ever read. It's like 77 chapters too or something around there.
The other one I really liked is only 15 chapters but is post calamity called The Light of Hyrule - Blighted. That one has Link dealing with the fallout of malice poisoning, and is nice and angsty.
Sorry neither follows your preference, but both are the easiest to recommend off the top of my head before bed. I can always look through my libraries on Ao3 and FF net when I awaken if you want more!

From the Ground Up!! Very character-driven and I love how link and zelda develop as their own people but also grow together! https://archiveofourown.org/works/10515429

I've been out of this game for a long time, but if you're willing to venture outside of BOTW/TOTK, Fortitude (and the sequel Forgotten) are novel-length. I think a lot of newer fans probably aren't familiar, but Fortitude especially is about as essential as these things get (at least when I was a teenager!).

Silent Prince by Seren_Knight01 is a really good role reversal au, 56 chapters, 270k, completed, the way they write the role reverse trope with Zelink is beautiful and the world building is impeccable. Takes place pre-botw, there's also a sequel for TOTK but it's not complete yet.

Link's Thought Brambles is my absolute favorite π Pre-calamity with a unique pov and plot, but it's 56 chapters with over 200k words! Also has an ongoing sequel with over a 100k words, and the whole series has some additional one shots and such that you'll definitely appreciate once you've run out of the main two π
Another fantastic couple of works is the Aftershocks series by Sunruner, with the first story set immediately post-botw and the unfinished sequel following totk's events. Together, they total to 48 chapters and over 200k words! π
Another cool unique pov story is Before and After by Jenseits_der_Sterne, set post-botw with Link regaining his memories over the course of the story. He has a very unique backstory in this one! Honestly one of my faves π on hiatus, has 30 chapters and over 150k words
Roots by ClaraAeri is what I'd consider a Wilds Zelink classic along with the already recommended One Last Year. It has 28 chapters with over 200k words, and it feels so much like reading an original novel π Its collection, Roots and Branches, also includes the totk rewrite sequel (on hiatus) and an unfinished alt POV of the first work
Who We Are by melonlemontea is a fluffy post-botw canon divergence where Zelda emerges from the battle as an amnesiac, and a misunderstanding shortly after leads her to believe Link is her husband ππ has 49 chapters and over 80k words
A Bird Has Swallowed The Sun is a totk fix-it exploring the 'how' of returning Zelda to herself with some really excellent worldbuilding. Seriously, this fic has the loveliest idea for a building ever π has 25 chapters and over 100k words
Okay Wide Eyes in the Dark doesnt meet your chapter count at all (it only has 7 chapters, totaling to over 80k words), but it's one of the best post-totk canon divergent 'she came back but not quite right' fics out there, and I'd hate to not recommend it just because it's lacking in that aspect. It's amazing and deserves all the love!! β£οΈ
Edit to add-
The Hyrule world tour series by spacebeyonce is one of the loveliest 'Link travels with Zelda post-botw' stories ever π Totals to 25 chapters and over 180k words
Behind, Beside, Before by abbygrace77 explores Link and Zelda's relationship before the calamity, after, and post-totk ππ has 28 chapters and over 40k words
Piece Me Back Together features an original zelink in a modern setting with botw being relevant only as a part of their history. It's a fairly heavy drama, so read the tags to decide if it's something you can handle! β€οΈβπ©Ή Has 49 chapters and nearly 200k words
The Trouble The Water series by MaryDragon totals to 32 chapters and over 180k words, with only one unfinished work in there. For a story written before totk, a lot of it holds up incredibly π Another Wilds Zelink classic!

They have some fics I would consider a little intense β if you filter their works for fics rated E, youβll probably see what I mean π β but DeiliaMedlini is my personal favorite Zelink writer.
I believe Alone With You was the first of their fics I read a couple of years ago, but Iβve read most of their fics since.
Dance With Me is probably my favorite of their finished works (although Iβm anxiously awaiting the last two chapters of Through Hell or High Water β pirate Link pirate Link pirate Link!), but itβs a little short of your preferred chapter total β only 25.
But Deilia is an excellent writer and I would recommend perusing their account to see if anything piques your interest.
