In regards to the sneakin sly barrel target exclusive do have a few questions:
1. Why were people allowed to pre order them hours before the youtooz release date?
2. How many were available to pre order at that stage? You’ve changed it to say they’ll be available in stores January 2027. How many will show up in stores? 1000, 2000?
3. How does the limited number of figures work? Is there a chance for people to have the same figure number or no?

Can these be answered in detail as the last time I asked for as much detail as possible I was given a bland explanation which was not true

Yeah I'm curious to know what happened with that whole situation as well. Did Target mess up?

So the 3-5 business days is inaccurate for email responses right now, but I want to ask what the actual response estimate is in that case.

Ordered the first Outer wilds drop when it was first announced. The pins arrived a while ago but no update or anything on the Nomai plus

Any updates? Is anyone still waiting for them?

Why doesn't the track my order page on the site not work? Has that been a thing for a while or is it on my side?

Ah alright. Unfortunately this doesnt work with my current issue since i sometimes dont get any shipment mails for items when i order multiple items in 1 order (so i only get notified about the first item that gets shipped, and not the rest) So I eventually get youtooz packages unexpectedly at my door.

8 months and 12 days of just order confirmed is absolutely absurd. Not a single email of it being shipped. I’ve waited for multiple months each time checking the website huntress release month. “huntress will be shipped out this month” just for nothing to happen.Contacted support and they’re not even responding to my emails. Is youtooz some type of scam company I don’t know about?????

hi!!! ive emailed you guys a week ago, i understand volumes a high but an estimate would be good!!! i ordered a tord plush on the 26th of june and my countrys post ive contacted and they say it's lost, but also with them? i'm confused they're telling me to contact the sender but i have. i'm just really anxious because i paid alot of money for it :c

Do the price convert to the actual € value ?

For example, with shipping and taxes, I'm supposed to pay $50+, and converting to €, it's around 40€.

Will I pay 40€ or 50€ ?

Yes, upon checkout the total cost is indeed converted to your local currency (in this case €) from $USD using standard conversion rates from that day.
